Stopped here on our way to the ferry. The food was far too salty and not up to the standard of other KFCs we have visited. Will give it a miss next time we are in the area.

Was in there waiting long for food when it come chips was so disgusting we left them as for the chicken burgers the buns was wet and the food was absolutely disgusting ? kfc really let there selfs go one time kfc was always good food but even the gravy is so watery and the chips have too much paprika on or whatever that sources on the chips is absolutely absolutely disgusting. And The service is absolutely appalling they just Standard looking at you really gormless also, the table we were sat at was so messy, even before we sat down which we had to ask them to clean when they said they have already cleaned it, which you can see source on the table and bits of food still on it I don’t usually leave reviews, but for this one I had to because it’s absolutely disgusting how they are running it there are given kfc a bad name

I have ordered zinga burger meal for 4 people but all of the chicken are dry and small and burger is like not look good ,waste of money and I have ordered food in there have to wait long time for the food and service is slow ,I will not order from this branch anymore as I have tried 5 times all the times some thing happen ,so disappointed

Very dirty take away but the biggest problem is the attitude of the young lad service front of house. It would not be a suprise if a delivery driver took a dislike to him and told him so. Asked for some napkins and was thrown a hand full of KFC wipes and said use these. Shame really as this reflects on the whole visiting experience. Poor management

After spending £50+ on a meal for 3 ppl and getting it delivered i was stunned at how poorly packed it was, everything was just thrown in the paper bag and 2 of the gravys was all over the bottom of the bag and everything else was just covered in it. That is the last time im ordering from there. Never

Probably the dirtiest KFC in terms of the state people leave the tables in. But the food is pretty good still. If only they could empty the bins more frequently and clear the lazier customers rubbish of the tables they leave behind. (Then again, it's not hard to put rubbish in the bins provided)

I visited the KFC at Commercial Road in Portsmouth, UK, on 07 August 2023. I came to England in June 2023. I'm originally from South Africa, and I've visited many different KFC branches across South Africa. This is by far the dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. It looked like a pigsty. There wasn't one table that was clean. I asked the manager to have the tables cleaned as all the tables were dirty. It will probably take a person 5 minutes to wipe the tables clean. He said they are short staffed, while he was just standing there not doing anything. It was a very poor excuse from him. As I told him that I'll be laying a formal complaint, he started giving me an attitude and said I can do that. I also told him that I won't be buying from that KFC again. He said it's alright.For an establishment that sells food, this shop should close or the manager should be fired, as he obviously doesn't care about the franchise or the health of the customers. I could only imagine what the "food preparing area" looked like at the back. I wouldn't be surprised if it's also as dirty as the rest of the shop. I genuinely wouldn't recommend anyone eating here.
