Service was reasonably quick albeit visit was fairly late and it was quiet. Staff were friendly and polite. Food quality was reasonable and far better than other McD's I've used around the Country.Parking: Not the largest parking so may be challenging during day/peak times.

I've been here before and I will say it again, I really don't know why I bother coming to this branch! There was plenty of parking and plenty of seating available inside. The first issue was with the touch screen self ordering, this was out of paper for receipts (this is the same as last time) so we had a few seconds to note down the order number. Despite not being busy, it was over 15 minutes waiting for the food to be ready. No apologies for the delay! When I opened my burger it looked like someone had stood one end of the kitchen and thrown it into the box, it was warm and not hot and wasn't particularly tasty. The other food was ok, nothing special, probably wouldn't go back again given the poor service (again)Parking: Plenty of free parking, but you only have 90 minutes max, given the time it takes to get served, may be pushing it!

Order is never, ever correct here, it’s like the order is not read correctly and they just do what they want with it, genuinely poor service. Don’t change the burger in any way as they simply don’t know how to do it. Every single time, it’s ridiculous. I took ketchup out of the burger and added sandwich sauce, that was it. My burger came with no mustard and no pickles and no cheese! It literally was two patties with a tiny amount of onions and sandwich sauce. Read the order, not that difficult.

After finishing a 12 hour shift and wanting coffee to drive a 2 hour drive home. That's all I wanted. The teenagers 4 of them working here was more amused at playing and chatting in the kitchen area than serving customers. I went to the drive through and waited for a bit. The car in front of me must have been friends with the staff as they were playing with sauces and mucking about. All I wanted was a coffee to go home with. Come on boys. Playtime over. Your at work now, not in the school playground. Probably won't be coming here again. I'll use the motorway services instead.

Bean driving for 4 hours tickets to Portsmouth went to McDonald's it was clean. It was tidy. It was well set out but it's McDonald's. The food was ok. The sources were very spicy, even the barbecue overall 7 at 10
