Used drive thru yesterday. Ordered 7 breakfasts, the lady that took the order was super polite and answered my questions about pricing. The lady that served me the food was also very polite and apologised for the wait which wasn’t even long considering I had ordered 7 items. The food was tasty and the hash browns were piping hot.
Waiting 17 minutes is not fast food. Hash brown was hot and tasty, mcmuffin was cold and muffin dry as if it had been left under a heat lamp, the coffee was Luke warm at best. Daughters flat bread was cold. Staff behind the counter when questioned weren't helpful. the drive through guy is the sweetest human we have ever met, couldn’t catch his name but he’s the one with the beard who normally takes payments. literally only came to leave the review for him. hope he has a happy life always makes our day
