Was over charged for the breakfast menu, guy working was rude and did not listen to me as I asked him for the price 3 times and he gave me a different one each time, I’m autistic so not very good with confrontation, will not be going

Literally the worst subway i have ever been to. Bald guy (he has a sprinkle of some follicle trying to grow through) is the rudest person in the world. Spoke in two syllable sentence with the vocabulary of a chicken tender. Zero customer service skills, think i would have been served better by a rotting tree with fungal disease.

A good store but the bald guy that served me looked and served like he didn’t want to be there. I run some Subway stores and I would be appalled if that’s the level of customer service my teams were giving. However, the food was very good and bread quality great, my daughter seemed to enjoy it ?

£30 for 2 kids subs and 2 adult footlongs and 4 cookies. Very pricey for what we got but it was tasty and staff are always very helpful, polite and friendly.

Staff were very rude, especially the bald guy. When I asked about the menu, the bald guy replied in a blunt and condescending manner. I visited when the shop was empty yet I was rushed to pick my sandwich. I would not recommend.

Good service and good staff but, unfortunately, opening hours don't seem to always be accurate which sucks if you've got to make your way to it or are counting on it after work.

Food was what you would expect. The staff had trouble explaining the options as English was not their first language, but we got there in the end.

Rude staff. Went in with a coupon that said ANY footlong for £3.99. The bald guy refused to honour that and responded in a rude condescending way. They are also stingy on the fillings so I would avoid. Last time going there.

I went in on a training day and so busy.The staff were apoligising for it but the trainer was grace under pressure making sure staff learned whilst cooking, serving and communicating with customers.His can do attitute and smile was awesome.Plus it was spotless and still speedy.

A bit better than the other one up the street on cleaning but very stingy on the sub had a 6 inch tuna well it was more of a skidmark than a actual spread of filling and the salad was just sprinkled on not much of a sub tbh

I've eaten here 2 to 3 times and the employees were very nice, helpful and fast. Other than that is just your normal subway, not the pretties place but you know what to expect. The sandwiches were great.
