I can't recommend this cafe enough!! Love the food,l love the drinks, love the cakes, love the staff! A must visit if in the area looking for a great coffee shop. A really homely and cosy environment, the premium hot chocolate is a must try, I had the white chocolate one, it was amazing!!

I’ve been lucky to visit twice in the last week and had brunch which was the tastiest I think it’s ever been ! Presented beautifully and the coffee also tasted great and looked very pretty with the coffee art!!! Always clean and a well managed chill vibe ! Will be back soon!

We used to be regulars here but had not been for a while so thought I would give it a try. However after waiting for over 20 minutes for my coffee I had to give up. Staff were doing their best but orders were being muddled and people arriving after me were served. On politely asking when I would get my order I got a sharp reply so cancelled and left.

I have been here many times, always happy with the quality of food and service. Recently, however, there has been quite a bit of new staff and a new chef.I was very disappointed today when purchasing the pancake stack with berries and syrup, a cost of £9.50. While the pancakes were nice and fluffy, the fruit was unwashed and mouldy, therefore, inedible. This was brought up to the staff, in which they replied, we will let the chef know. I was never offered a replacement of fresh fruit or a discount of the meal.
Honestly the best danish & crossants I have ever had in my life. The interior itself looks absolutely lovely and so different to anywhere else in ringwood and the staff were super friendly. If you are looking for a cafe or food in ringwood then you must try this place
We went here for morning coffee, the staff were so friendly and let us in 5 minutes early. Really good selection of hot drinks with excellent coffee. The place itself really stands out and couldn’t recommend it enough

Seemed quite busy when we arrived but there were 2 tables free, so we were seated and advised there would be a 45 min wait on food and they would come over and take our order shortly, same as what we were told the last time we came, but as we couldn’t wait that time we thought we’d try again… We sat down looked at the menu, decided what we would want and waited… and waited… and waited for over 15 minutes and still no one came to ask us what we would like. So we left, again! This was the third time we tried this place and the third time we walked out because no one seems interested in taking customer orders or serving people within a reasonable timeframe for this type of establishment,I.e. a coffee shop. This is not a restaurant, it serves hot drinks, cakes and snacks. It is bizarre that it takes so long to serve customers, because this is not a big place. Whilst we were waiting to be served, 2 members of staff walked out as if they were going to lunch!?! Um, lunchtime is their busiest time, seems strange to me why 2 people would have their lunch at their peak time. Anyeay, we decided that must be why there was such a long wait on making basically eggs on toast. I may try again, I don’t know… Don’t get good vibes from this place, we tried one evening when they dabbled with evening opening and no atmosphere and guy running the place looked at us as if to say “go away” when we entered. We decided to try elsewhere again that time also. This place was loved when it was poppies and that years ago, now it just doesn’t seem like a viable option for us within the coffee house culture of Ringwood.
