Waited ages for our order to be taken despite being the only people there. Had to ask for colouring for my children. Waited ages for plates to be cleared. Wasn’t asked whether we wanted more drinks. Waiter took my children’s dessert orders but failed to ask me whether I would like a dessert or coffee. Waiter didn’t crack a smile once... however decor was nice and food was good.

We felt like we were an inconvenience - we turned up with no reservation. Also they are a bit stingy with their food. Children complained too much crust on their pizza ie not enough sauce or cheese. The same for my husband's pizza. My pasta was lovely though. We will be sticking with pizza express.

Can not recommend highly enough, the food is excellent, a lovely, friendly atmosphere and staff that can't do enough for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and you feel like you're in a friends house for dinner. Big thank you to Sarah for making my brother's 80th birthday a real fun evening. Can't wait to go back.

Allergy menu was good and easy to use. Would be nice to see a vegan/dairy free dessert on the menu though.
Pizza was lovely and portion size big (got a take away box for my spares!!!).
Parking was easy in the market place just outside after 1900.

It's OK, my last visit went well but the previous few have been terrible (Poor service, cold food ect..) Would personally avoid but it's good for groups. Other Prezzo restaurants are generally better.

The best Prezzo I have ever been too, always so accommodating with my dietary restrictions. Very friendly staff. Children are always welcome. Good atmosphere. Not to forget the food is great. Would highly recommend this place weather it is for a quick lunch or a romantic dinner.
