This is the best wine and cheese bar we’ve been too!It is such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere!The owners are so welcoming and friendly!The food is incredible- the cheese fondue was amazing- we’ve just been skiing in the alps and the fondue here was so much better!!They helped us pick red wines to our taste and we loved them, a very personalised, friendly experience!We will be back for sure!P.s Frank the dog is adorable.

If I could give more stars, I would!My husband surprised me with a birthday gathering of 8 people here a few nights ago. The staff were so incredibly friendly and attentive and absolutely nothing was too much trouble.The food was delicious and all the little extras on the cheese boards made it even more enjoyable. I have been to similar local chain cheese and wine bars and think the value for money was so much better at The Cellar. The cocktails were delicious too!!!Can't wait to come back again.

Delightful restaurant, very understated. My partner and I visited here over the New Year period and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, especially to our slightly nervous puppy. They recommended some great cheeses and wines, we look forward to returning!

Having been given a gift voucher for my birthday here, we had a most delightful lunch here in December 2023. The atmosphere and decor in The Cellar is very nice and the staff attentive and very welcoming. The shared platter we chose was with a selection of four cheeses and four meats of our choice was superb and accompanied by fruits, salad, olives etc. It was large and beautifully present and plenty for two . The wine too was very good. All in all and great experience in this gem in Ringwood

We popped in on the off chance and wow what a wonderful place to have found, the ploughman's was amazing and the vegetable toasty was mouthwatering. Staff was super friendly, and we loved the atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit.

Liked the look of the outside of this place, loved the look of the inside and the atmosphere. A warm welcome took us to a cosy table and an Interesting menu. Shows what you can do with a great idea, deceptively simple but really good ingredients, flair and attention to detail. The ploughmans is spectacular, generous and beautifully done. The platters look amazing too. Great food all day long ...cant wait to come back in the evening and add their wine choices.

Amazing service, staff super friendly and helpful with suggesting things from both drink and food menus. Food was delicious, hot and well presented with fast preparation time for food and drinks. Nice calm atmosphere with cute lights and decorations. For a small place the tables are spaced well and very clean and tidy. Well worth the money. Had a fabulous time over all!!

Having been given a voucher for this restaurant as a birthday present we went and enjoyed a wonderful mixed platter for two. It consisted of four cheeses and four meats of our choice together with grapes, apple, olives humus etc. All delightfully presented in lovely surroundings and washed down with a bottle of good New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, and later good coffees. All in all a great experience, and we will return.

We popped in on the off chance with no expectations. Wow, we were so surprised by the wonderful ploughmans's lunch. The platter was beautiful and the extra bit of quiche from Crow Farm was superb. The host and hostess were totally charming and it is highly recommended!
