Drinks were good. Food was pricey and not of great quality. I was going to get a toastie but I picked it up saw it was flat as a pancake and was overpriced. So that went back onto the shelf for the next victim. The toilet was shared and small and looked like it had seen better days. I don't understand how massive company’s can have such poor facilities. It would be nice to see some improvement to the toilets for this place. A member of staff went in and didn't come out for about 20mins.

They have a wall full of photos dedicated to dogs who have visited, nice touch ?‍

Located on the main high street in Romsey. It was a Sunday late morning and everywhere was busy & this place was no exception. We joined the queue and only ordered a couple of coffees & managed to find a table upstairs which we had to clear ourselves.Service was slow, hence the queue.Nothing special, just like any other coffee shop you’ll find in every town & city throughout the UK.Parking: Plenty of car parks in the locality

I don't know I've never been in there. But it looks posh

Just a coffee shop staff

The staff are amazing however the cafe is tired and dirty , very dusty everywhere, the glass domes covering the food were dirty with dust and finger marks as were the counter tops. The cakes look like they have been around for a while .Compared to costa which was clean and food looked fresh .A major overhaul needed at Nero’s!!Kid-friendliness: Children made welcome

Good service. Could do with a bit of a make over and updating as everything looks tired. Staff are friendly though and coffee good

Nice coffee ☕️ but interior needs updating

The coffee and food is very nice, but the shop is a funny shape, ground floor seating is limited and it could be a nicer experience overall.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful and are always working hard, they've had trouble recently with opening hours but are always powering through and doing their best! There's never a long wait for drinks as staff always work as quickly as they can.Vegetarian options: Most of their cakes and pastries are vegetarian and they also offer a wide range of other vegetarian foods (sandwiches, pasta, soup, porridge etc)Kid-friendliness: Offer a range of children's cold drinks as well as child-sized warm drinks and also offer biscuits and other snacks appropriate for younger childrenDietary restrictions: They offer vegetarian and vegan options as well as different kinds of milk and whipped cream toppings, which is very helpful as I am lactose intolerant

Usual Cafe Nero experience. I like their coffee, but what made this cafe was the friendly bubbly server.

Come to Cafe Nero if you fancy a change from Costa, Josie's will probably be rammed full of women devouring waffles and if you haven't booked for the cat cafe and you're not posh enough for Bradbeers. You'll probably have to head up stairs to find a seat.
