The food that is prepared from a tiny kitchen space is delicious - we are especially pleased they offer a vegan option - the Moroccan inspired plate is a delicious and very filling Buddha bowl!! Would highly recommend to all diners! Good choice of wines too. Great vibe/atmosphere - good choice of indoor or outdoor seating!!!! We have visited on numerous occasions.

We attended for a Sunday roast before heading to Hillier Gardens for the light festival. The roast was great and there was a home made nut roast for the vegetarians. It's in my top roasts as have been disappointed recently, and the cauliflower cheese is included on the plate ( why do some establishments now count it as an additional side???)
The table service could have maybe been quicker, I requested extra gravy and my dinner was nearly finished before it arrived, however, I appreciate it was busy and it did not ruin the overall experience.

Tee Court, Bell St, RomseyFood was excellent and everyone one enjoyed it, service at the table was very good as well. The only thing that ruined it was the man at the bar. One of our party had to go early and wouldnt let her pay for the things she had ordered but instead wanted it all together. Most resturants can do this with no hassle. I think its because he didnt know how to add up but it really did ruin the evening. For a top rated Thai place you would've thought a resturant would of been able to cope with it, but apparently not.

27-29 Market Pl, RingwoodWhat a wonder afternoon that we had, it was my siblings birthday there was a few of us and there was a lot of verities of food on the table pizza, salad, calzone …….. everyone’s feed back of the food was amazing and definitely recommend it to who ever is thinking of going there anytime to dine.
Also a very well done to the kitchen staff as the food was excellent.
Of course we can’t for the Lorraine the manager who was there the hall time giving the best attention possible she also help us with the setting up the birthday decorations ??

Staff are great. Atmosphere is ok - just avoid the table by the door to the garden, it’s like sitting by the side of a motorway!

Stoneymarsh House, Michelmersh, RomseyBooked for Sunday lunch. Nice ambience, not too busy, pleasant surroundings. Not left hanging around for too long before being shown to a table. Appreciated the service was polite and efficient. Two roast beef lunches came out followed by a plate of mixed veg. Food not particularly hot, especially the veg - but too hungry to have it sent back and to be fair, all very tasty. Not sure how in advance the roasties had been cooked, but really needed a serrated knife or a saw to get into them. The sweets were pleasant, ice cream scoops quite small, so two would've been welcomed. Twice had to ask for the bill, so decided to go to the till to pay. Overall Sunday Lunch was a success - not the best we've ever had, but by no means the worst. So, yes, we will visit again when in the area and maybe try something different to eat next time.

62 Love Ln, RomseyPopped in for an impromptu lunch and was really impressed.\nAlthough we arrived dead on 2:30pm and the kitchen was closed, the chef was more than happy to make us a fish finger sandwich and BLT sandwich. \nBoth were delicious, in fact my Wife stated the fish finger sandwich was the best she'd ever had!\nWe shared a portion of chunky chips and they were also delicious, crunchy but fluffy on the inside.....perfect.\nWould definitely recommend. \nFriendly accommodating staff....5 stars all day long\n\n

14 Market Pl, RomseyI organised a university reunion at the exchange and the staff could not have been more helpful. Wonderful atmosphere at the venue, we could choose our own music and the food was perfect as a buffet. Staff were attentive on the night and most importantly so supportive and helpful in arranging a ticket system and drinks vouchers. I can’t recommend highly enough for a venue for a party!

Luzborough Ln, RomseyThis is a pub with a warm atmosphere in a lovely big garden. We went for lunch and sat outside, as it was such glorious weather. Gareth’s team had been put in a difficult position due to unexpected staff sickness and Gareth had taken on the kitchen, with Hannah and Lucy (itwas her first shift) supporting on service and bar. All three did an absolutely outstanding job of managing the crowd of diners. We enjoyed chicken goujons to start, followed by steak wraps and fish and chips, all of which were extremely good and very tasty. Most customers showed patience, with a couple of ungraceful exceptions, but our own experience was a lovely lunch and a positive approach by all three staff. Thankyou, you three - proper team work!

5 Church St, RomseyOn my first visit here and I found the staff very helpful and welcoming. The food was perfectly edible, but it was also very mediocre. I would eat from here again, although I would try something different.
Also, as much as they will take payment from cards, there is a big sign encouraging payment from cash only. I felt uncomfortable when I needed to use a card, as I had no cash with me.
I can't highly recommend this place, but I will be going back at some point in the future.

Romsey Rd, Ower, RomseyI am a childminder and visit wacky warehouse regularly with a range of different aged children.
It is the perfect size for them to explore independently and the staff are very engaging and friendly with them.
The children always have fun and their is also a good range of food and drink available.

23 Mainstone, RomseyWe thoroughly enjoyed our short break at The Cromwell Arms with our dog. The room was so cosy, beautifully decorated and designed, with great attention to detail: lovely coffee, fluffy towels, hot shower, slippers...
The breakfast had a good choice and had full English, plant-based breakfast, eggs Florentine, omelette etc. The evening meal was really good and we were even tempted to have 3 courses, which rarely happens to us.
We could walk our dog into the countryside from very close to the pub.
Best of all were the welcoming and helpful staff!

The food was delicious, both the vegetarian three bean chilli and the fish n chips, and all served promptly and professionally by friendly helpful staff. For a group of 25 people all arriving at once it’s no mean feat to get all that out at once and keep it hot too. I’ve lived in the area for years and only started going to The Sun when my parents moved nearby. I’d say it’s under appreciated, give it a try!

The Memorial Park, The Meads, RomseyVisited the cafe whilst seeing family. The service was outstanding and the food really good and very cheap. We were a large group and ordered burgers (huge) with free onions and mushrooms if wanted, chips, toasties, tea and coffee etc. We told them we were over by the tennis courts and they brought the food to us in the pouring rain even though we said we would come and get it. They do like cash if possible, but, were happy to take card. Will definitely be back.

For example, the aromatic duck comes with red onions (rather than spring onions) and the salt and pepper chicken had a spice mix on it, but it’s all really tasty!
The Won Ton are very nice, the peeking chicken is also lovely, it’s got a spicy kick to it.
The portions are huge! I’d probably prefer smaller portions for a lower price….. but it is tasty and we do keep going back :0)

All of our food was absolutely delicious, the roasts were NEXT LEVEL, the other dishes were thoroughly enjoyed by all. From the atmosphere to the food, and the service the whole experience was just perfect. A big thank you to Jo and her team, who really did make our visit extra special, thank you!

The diners can choose which authentic dishes are included on their buffets. the staff are absolutely amazing. they arrive at the table at just the right moment to replenish dishes or to bring the next course. They are unobtrusive but always available if you want to order drinks, and provided several jugs of iced water. The restaurant is a little well worn but this didn't detract from the evening.

The White Horse Hotel
Market Pl, RomseyWe had the most amazing stay here! I had booked a double room for me and my partner for his birthday and had mentioned in the notes that we were celebrating his birthday. Upon check in we had realised that we’d been upgraded to the penthouse suite for free! The room was stunning and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had planned to go out for dinner but didn’t want to leave the room so ended up ordering food to the hotel. After checking out we went for a wander around romsey and had a lovely day. The location was really good. Best hotel stay we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.

Disabled toilet in ladies fashion area is not assessed by those with knowledge and understanding. The unnecessarily very heavy door doesn't open fully so it's difficult if not impossible for a frail person with a rollator or wheelchair to get in or out without someone holding the door open.
Theres no coat hook! Are they expected to put their coats on the floor (not not that they would be able to bend down and pick it up)? We did request that a coat hook be put there months ago and it was promised. Obviously they have no imagination as to what it's like to manage as a disabled person.

9 Bell St, Romsey5 of us ate here last night, 3 vegan and 2 not vegan. I ate from the vegan menu and I can honestly say the mock beef in black bean sauce was amazing as was the crispy salt, pepper and chill tofu starter! All the food was yummy, no complaints from anyone. Will definitely be going back!
