58 Middlebridge St, RomseyWe booked an early lunch at The Three Tuns as had eaten there before.We arrived at 1200 and was shown to our table by Lizzy. The special Lamb pie sounded delicious so that was both our main course choice.The food was brilliant service fantastic and Lizzy a lovely attentive sever, she was funny, personable, and respectful, a sheer delight. I hope the management recognises her customer focus and potential.Thank you, the Three Tuns, for a lovely lunch and a big thank you to Lizzy for the fun and laughter. G & S, the lottery winners ?

The Hunters Inn
Hunters Inn, The, Winchester Hill, RomseyIf I could offer 6 stars I would. From first arrival to eventual departure, the entire experience was FIRST CLASS.Menu choice is excellent, food was delicious and well presented, service (provided by Naomi) was impeccable, and the bill very reasonable.How this hasn't yet made it to the michelin guide surprises me, it really is THAT good. ? ?

21 Palmerston St, RomseyUpdate Mothers Day 24Took my mother today for a treat and she enjoyed it. Not cramped at all and very friendly staff. Not a cheap meal but very nice.I like the food here and it is very popular so book if you can! At times I have felt a little cramped as they don't like to turn people away and if can get very hot, it is a very old building! Good location, staff friendly but can be a little slow on busy nights (to be expected really) I would recommend eating here but as I say book ahead!

62 Love Ln, RomseyService as always was great and friendly and the atmosphere in the pub is always welcoming. Visited on a Sunday with my family and was slightly disappointed this time with the roasts. Have never had an issue before so could have been a one off. The roast potatoes were quite solid and not crispy and for the price per roast paid the portions were smaller than other local pubs. My partners sticky toffee pudding looked a little dry and needed some more sauce, however the crumble was great and was able to swap custard for ice cream with no issues of additional charges.

Stoneymarsh House, Michelmersh, RomseyWe visited for mother's day, when a lovely member of staff asked who the mums were out of our party. 3 of us put our hands up and the lady came back with a gift for us all. A lovely box with a mini gin and tonic for each of us. ?Very warm and friendly pub, and the roast beef was the nicest ice ever eaten.

There's many times where, if it's a busy lunch and they've run out of a certain time, the staff can let you know it'll only be 5 minutes wait for more of a popular item to come out the oven: and they always make sure to call you over when said item is ready!The vegan section is good and changing fairly often.

Kimbridge, RomseyWe had our wedding reception at Kimbridge Barn earlier this month and it was absolutely perfect! Everyone was incredible throughout the whole process - they were super attentive and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed, and stayed in contact consistently. I asked so many little questions in the lead up to the big day and they answered very quickly every time which really helped to put my mind at ease. Helen and Cassie were particularly great during the planning process, and Fliss was amazing on the day, especially when I was feeling under the weather when we arrived.Thank you to everyone that was involved, you were all amazing! ⭐️

41 The Hundred, RomseyI absolutely love Roma's pizza me and my husband order once a month for a treat it hits the spot every time well worth the money, hands down one of the best pizzas iv ever had, ok I may have had a bad one from time to time but if I have ever had a problem they sort that out straight away. Genuinely amazing and the garlic sticks I do get extra garlic and butter but amazing!

Luzborough Ln, RomseyMy previous meal was very nice, but last night we had 3 rump steaks. They really were the worst steaks I have been served in any pub. Really thick, raw in the middle, pale meat and tastless. I went for no chips and extra salad. The salad was a joke. Wilted. You can tell the chef was not making any effort at all. I'm not rushing back.

Market Pl, RomseyWent for dinner at the restaurant on a Sunday for a family birthday. Service was warm, friendly, attentive and nothing felt to much to ask. The food was equally as good if not better. Everything tasted brilliant and the portions were plenty (I was hesitant there might not be enough vegetables for everyone at the beginning which the staff noted and offered to bring another bowl out which I appreciated hugely, we didn’t need it to be honest). Cost is maybe on the higher side I guess but it’s definitely worth it as I left feeling totally satisfied which is hard to achieve for a grumpy old man like me. Will definitely go back.

Staff immediately greeted us and led us to our table as soon as we walked through the door; we were in a rush and the staff were able to get out orders quickly and get the food out asap; and when it came it did not disappoint, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were impressed with how quickly the food came and the friendly staff, my only regret was not giving myself enough time to fully enjoy the food! I would definitely come back when next in Romsey!

The Goat at Timsbury
Stockbridge Rd, RomseyThis is the best pub I have been to in a long time! Three of us plus a small dog popped-in for lunch today, after visiting a nearby National Trust property. We were warmly-welcomed into the clean, modern, yet cosy dining room and shown to our table. The waitresses were very pleasant and the service was great.
