I absolutely love Roma's pizza me and my husband order once a month for a treat it hits the spot every time well worth the money, hands down one of the best pizzas iv ever had, ok I may have had a bad one from time to time but if I have ever had a problem they sort that out straight away. Genuinely amazing and the garlic sticks I do get extra garlic and butter but amazing!

We have ordered many times and the pizza is luxurious, truly. I normally order a plain cheese margarita with thin crust and it is just the most gorgeous thing you ever tasted. The service is ok but the pizza will change your taste buds as soon as you taste the cheese and tomato sauce.In my opinion I found the pizza life changing but if you want ro know about the service I will say it now. It is 'ok' service. It is good but sometimes it can take about 15 mins to get the pizza if you have ordered and travel to the shop to collect. I live about 20 mins away from Romsey so that might be better than delivery. I do not know what delivery is like but it is probably the same as the waiting in the shop. Depends where you live.Overall it is amazing pizza. Pretty good service. So yes I think you should order from here.

Me and the wife was stuck for food ideas so decided to go to Roma for our tea we went in and first of all the guy behind the counter said they only take cash so my wife had to go to the nearest cash point to get money out we ordered a large hawian pizza which was £13 he had it ready for us buy the time my wife got back to the car but when we got home we looked on there website and saw that it was a tuesday and we should of got a free pizza but not once did he mention the deal to us my wife is upset and wants her free pizza !So Roma pizza expect a call tomorrow from my angry wife as she will give you both barrels down the phone absolutely shocking customer serviceThe only highlight of our experience is the pizza tasted good!

Ordered a delivery this evening. The person taking our order was thorough and ensures he knew where we were to make notes for the delivery driver.The food was delivered in the timescale advised and was delicious.Highly recommended.

Pizzas are great, service is terrible. Sign on the counter says cash only. However they do take card, but want you to pay cash. I asked the bloke why and he got very rude. Told me I could have a refund and not to come back!!! I said I just wanted my pizza which I would happily pay for. Just wanted to know why they insist on cash only? I won't come here ever again and I have been getting pizza here for years.

I've had what can be considered the worse pizza ever from Roma, the base was dry and crusty and resembled eating cardboard with tomato sauce on .... I usually go to Roma, however may consider other availability in the town in future. Shame ?
They take your order and tell you to collect at 10pm and I got there and they are not open yet the website says that they are. I saw a men inside and said I was collecting and he in a very rude manner said go away

Unfortunately I'm not impressed with this place, I've ordered 4 times in the past 2 months hoping they would improve but nope!I always order garlic sticks and everytime I state plenty of cheese... to then end up with NONE on every occasion and also completely over done!I'm a huge pizza and garlic stick lover but Roma pizza have finally lost my custom.Also want to state that the young lady working in there is so polite and seems to be the only one ever doing any work, when my partner picked our order up she was rushed off her feet while the other 3 or more workers were stood doing nothing WHILE the phone was going constantly, but they didn't bover to answer it and clearly the women was trying to do everything, not impressed and she deserves some credit!

Took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Just about lukewarm. Very greasy and bland. Doubt if I will order again. Not much in the way of toppings either. Like to support local businesses but will be going back to Domino's I think

Two stars because it was made on time and staff were pleasant.Other than that I thought the pizza was bland and tasted like raw dough. The chicken Wings were chewy and watery, weren't cooked properly. Lastly the chips were also not cooked.Really not impressed, would never go there again.
