The foreign worker, who says I had to have off the set menu and could not remove any items, it has to be everything on the list. So didn't end up getting nothing. Not the first problems here. Won't ever be using again.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the lady that served me just now. Made me wait while she was on the phone and she couldn’t even apologise for keeping me waiting. I mistakenly ordered a 6” but wanted a foot long which I apologised for and she said something under her breath which I couldn’t understand. Once I paid for the food she didn’t say anything and walked off and went to the next customer.

Went here at 9.30 to be " greeted" and I use the word very lightly by a peed off girl who abruptly informed me they weren't open yet, even tho she was prepping. I politely asked when she would be open and was aggressively told " I dunno". Being in customer service myself this was an unpleasant and disgusting interaction.

The attitude of the man serving was abominable. Sooo rude! When we turned up he said angrily “For goodness sake I can never clean” then he stamped angrily around & made the sandwiches slumping the food into the baguettes. He didn’t cut the baguettes properly. This took place at 4pm 24/9/22

Went to subway Romsey to get breakfast this morning, stood for ages at the counter, knocking at counter, shouting to get attention, no one came out to serve me so gave up and went to Greggs instead

Really good if your looking for a quick bite before getting on with your life. In house dining is alright.
Hire more staff for the lunch rush. Tired of waiting up to 20 mins for a sandwich.

I sometimes go to Romsey subway ( Spar Euro garage, Great Bridge Road, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 0HB) and I am disappointed and Frustrated every time. I went in there today with a friend for lunch, we were waiting for a long period of time only to find an employee hiding behind in the back and another guy at the till not even acknowledging that there is a que of customers, after being served and noticing that our orders were very rushed as if we were taking up their time which god I am sorry for I didn't realise us as customers were such an inconvenience to your staff. My friend ordered the mega meat and opened it to find it was a big meaty mess all of the filling was falling out, it wasn't cut properly and was leaking through the paper, the absolute lack of disinterest and moodiness towards customers was horrific. might i add that this is one example that i have witnessed.

My experience with this Subway Store was beyond compare.Cleanliness to rival a hospital clean room with customer service the Queens butler would be proud of.My 6" Meatball sandwich was prepared by Emily with the loving attention to details of a top double Micheline Star executive chef.From the moment of entering the modern yet contemporary entrance portal I was swept away in a sea of professionalism and smiles with my special requests of "Cheese and Toasted" dealt with immediately and to absolute perfection.The store manager Emily should rightly be proud of the exceptional environmental she has created with the support of her crack team of sandwich artists.

Just bought a salad was so looking forward to it drove from holbury to romsey as we like that one bit never again frozen chicken a bit much put me right off glad to day went in the bin .

A sweaty lad couldn’t be be bothered to make me nachos cus there wasn’t a delivery cus of COVID when obviously I could see the Doritos in the back with the box to them put in underneath really disappointed
