“Lovely, friendly coffee shop.
I broke down in Selborne and the owner was amazingly helpful.
I had a mocha which was far better than the nationwide coffee shops.”

“Popped into this village pub after my Bank Holiday Monday walk at Selborne Common.
Was a really good village pub and a big shout out to the lady who was on shift to help me to connect my phone to their Wi-Fi as they don't get signal inside.
The pub car park is small but you can park in the Selborne Common Car Park if you're going walking.
They also have a playground for children and a fairly sized beer garden.
Dogs are welcome too.”

“The most beautiful pub, in the most beautiful location. The food, be it week day or Sunday lunch, is exceptional...extraordinarily good. The drinks - on tap, cocktails etc. - are varied and delicious.
Despite my Wife 2 B and I living some 25 mins away, it has become our new 'local'. The team are the cherry on the top, outstanding service - thoughtful, polite & attentive.
I'm very much conflicted writing this review, as I want The Hawkley Inn to continue to be hugely successful, whilst wishing it to remain very much a delectable secret.”
