Good quality superstore always lobed ASDA and always will, even though in my opinion the prices have gone up extremely high and no offence I don't think half the products are worth that much considering the quality

Local asda, always plesent to shop in, but sadly recently stock can be hard to find even doe it's getting filled everytime , plenty staff around which always good to have ,Can get busy but the line goes quick,Very annoying checkout tills as mist time your having to wait for staff to come and correct .The delivery collection side can take a bit of time having someone to go and collect your parcels which should be a quick collection.

Few months ago I came to this store and might as well have just shopped normally since it was a complete waste of my time and money. They lost most of my order as the chilled cart wasn't found and made me go through everything again through the whole store. I basically did their job for them.

Reasonable price comparing other supermarkets around.Asda products are very low price.For a newbie finding the products will be challenging. Not marked/categorizes properly some days.Staffs seems so busy always. Less responsive to the customers.

Good place for grocery shopping and in the middle of town
Security guard are very rudehassling customer's and the inside security beeping machine doesn't work properly. Not happy ?The security guard saying his ban us from the Asda.

Appalling self service checkout. Scan and go app crashing constantly. Team busy chatting to each other rather than helping customers with their purchase when needed. Better go elsewhere.

I was in ASDA Marlands Southampton today looking for some products which I couldn’t find. However upon asking a staff member I got all the help I needed. Can't even deliver their online shopping. No one answers the phone and when they do its just "we'll call you back in the morning" and no one does, so you try and chase up your order that never arrived and they just go yeah just cancel it you'll get your money back in 3-5 business days. Absolutely ridiculous was left waiting until gone midnight before someone finally told me its not coming.

Don't usually have a problem but seems like date checking needs improving. 3 days past use by!! Bought one and didn't realise it was out of date until I was halfway through the bag. This was earlier today. ?Came back to ASDA after I finished work later in the evening and the out of date ready to eat sausages are still on shelf! Someone may be getting food poisoning from this! Guy on till handled my problem fine though and I decided to get a replacement rather than a refundCheck dates before you buy, people.
