I popped in 11.30am, surprised on how quiet it was. Two people were waiting for food. One waiting to order and myself. Several burgers wrapped up waiting to be picked but only one young lady on the front desk trying to do everything. One of the people waiting for food was obviously a more senior staff member. She asked for one of the staff members that were cooking to come out the front to help. A young lad mouthed 'No' to her! When I eventually received my order I was put off by the smell. It wasn't fried food smell, smelt more like damp. Won't be returning, there are quicker and cheaper alternatives

How can you get something so wrong? This place was vile. I was starving so made the mistake of eating here. The staff really gave the impression that they would rather be anywhere else but there. There was rubbish all over the place, despite only three other customers. I don’t think it had been cleaned in ages. The food arrived stone cold - this raises serious issues about temperature control and food hygiene.

Had to wait 30 mins when they where not busy at all. Realised that they had done it just left it on the side didn't even call out the number just expected me to know i think they have social anxiety. Staff look like they dont know what they are doing.

The food,good as usual.The only downside is that no condiments were put out,you had to ask for them,not a big thing but could be improved.

I have used this burger king for 5 years now and seeing some of the reviews has really confused me, food is always hot, drinks are always cold, staff always friendly and super helpful had a issue on the last visit with the coke machine not working and the restaurant manager mellisa I believe was very helpful and quick to resolve this issue

The atmosphere is good, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. With the app of Burger King can you get a nice offer.

Burger was cold and not just Luke warm, it felt like it has been pulled from a fridge. Floor was littered with waste and flies were everywhere.
Staff were really swift and polite. Burgers were lovely. Definitely one of the better BK's

USE AT YOUR PERIL!Zero stars would be too good for this restaurant. I ordered food for the first time, which despite APP updates food never arrived. After waiting over an hour and a half I had to cancel the order.Will never ever use Burger King again, worse than a bad joke.

With owning a removal company we have to eat out at these sort of places from time to time I have to say this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to !!Having spent over 12 quid on a meal everything was totally cold they messed up one of the lads orders who ordered a double whopper and ended up with a single burger in one the Fanta from the machine was not fizzy at all and the chips but also coldOmg how hard is it to get it rightDo not waste your money on this place
