The staff are amazing incredible supportive in this costa especially I’m a suffer of epilepsy I’ve had a fit in the shop last year and was supported by certain staff which where Charlie and Deon and the manger they have in this costa is amazing I’ve never known a manger of a shop that is run perfectly in where the customers are given and lead in amazing service I totally recommend this costa to be visited by yourselfLove AnthonyVegetarian options: There are a few items of vegetarian choices who are vegetarianKid-friendliness: They are very supportive in everything and everyoneWheelchair accessibility: Double doors at the side of the building where costa is and they have access to disabled people in wheelchairs to come in order and have the support of their visit from the amazing incredible staff that work at this costa

Great coffee place, tho, did not get Yorkshire's Golden tea, Spiffs favorite! It would be nice. Great coffee tho. Took Latte 3 in one (you take regular warm latte, drink long enough it becomes cold latte, if you leave it in a car during winter it even becomes Frappe! Tho atmosphere is cosy with a view to the train station. Nice to monitor people.

I d love ladies services here, they are so kind and spread positive vibes. I got bagel with cheese gherkins and beef - this bagel should be in every Costa s - they warm it up for me. Delicious

Drinks were really good. The downside is that there were only two staff members. The girl at the till was calling the barista to help her with the pricing for every single customer ? so the service was getting slower and slower. Our drinks were to take away, but I noticed that the few free tables were full of dirty cups due to lack of attendance
Just going in and waiting for a good 5 minutes while the staff at the counter just pretend not to notice me. was enough for me to walk out adnnot give them my custom. Very arrogant staff, need better training.

Service is too slow. One barista making the orders in peak times is inadequate. Ordered a simple double espresso, however received it only after 2 customers behind me in the queue received their orders. Barista seemed overwhelmed with amount of orders. Not good!
