This is an absolutely brilliant Costa, mainly because of two people, Hayley and Rob. I come here with my little girl every Friday and they make us feel so comfortable and it's the highlight of our week! They never fail to make her feel special and go out of their way to make her smile. Great food, great service and great people :)

The Barista used her ungloved hand to flatten the coffee in the press and the other barista that was serving had greasy long (below the shoulders long)hair that was not adequately tied back and falling over the drinks as he made them. Not the same standard as what I'm used to when going there.

I don't understand people's obsession with paying £5 for a cup of hot flavoured water. If you are one of those people, then you deserve every bit of misery that's coming your way.

Of all the Costas I have visited, this was the best! It was very, very clean. The servers were attentive and polite. The building was large and spacious so the tables weren't all crowded in cheek by jowl. It also had a huge conservatory.

What part of extra hot drink don’t they get, asked for a latte at 180 and got Luke warm piss ! Not the first time either!

We ordered just under £50 worth of drinks and hot food from this Costa and when several items didn’t turn up, we called the restaurant. They didn’t care. They just said we should claim a refund from Uber. They didn’t care to inform us or offer alternatives like other Costa shops do, they just couldn’t be bothered to make a couple of coffees and send two slices of cake. Poor poor service. And not the fault of Uber! They only deliver what they’re given.

Antelope Parks Coasta is definitely my favourite. Staff are lovely and helpful and the food is good too. Always a good selection of both food, drinks when I go with either family or friends. Kept nice and clean too.Vegetarian options: Must admit it would be nice if there was slightly more choice for vegetarians, as my daughter is a vegetarian.Parking: Parking can be difficult at busy times of the day, especially disabled parking near Coasta. Mainly because it's a popular place.Kid-friendliness: My children are older, so not too sure, but I have noticed that they do have high chairs there and I have seen families there with young children who appear to be happy.
