I believe there to be a VERY HIGH risk of Hampshire Police fabricating evidence. As explained before, my phone has not been in my possession as I left it with St. James food bank to charge. When I collected it at 3pm, the phone was on. My battery was at 87% so I turned it off to see if it automatically turns back on at 100%, and it doesn't.

Visited here this morning. I greeted the girl behind the till with a simple hello while she was putting some cups away. I caught her rolling her eyes at me as she was turning away. I walked out I found this incredibly rude.

Better than in Winchester.Staff is extremely kind, friendly and experienced. Although, the room is quite dark, it has “the vibe”. I’m satisfied with service.

Morning visit. We arrived and was greeted by the store manager olly who was amazing we had a picky teenager with us and nothing was too much trouble. He was good to have a laugh with and the other staff was very good too x.

Coffee, fruit cooler and toasties were good but the staff member serving us today needs to be re-trained as she said it would be five minutes before we could be served and then when she got to us, we were first in the queue, it would be another five minutes wait for the drinks and food. There was another member of staff but she didn't ask him to help her. She informed me that my Costa card needed registering and I said that I knew. My son informed me that she said under her breath that "she would shut her mouth then"!! The other staff member Joe was very polite, unlike the girl. She also kept shouting to the kitchen for Joe to bring out the blenders for her and eye - rolling and saying he was slow in front of customers. They appear to only have two blenders which have through the dishwasher, which takes a bit of time. I have worked in food services until last year, so I know how things are done and how staff should behave in front of customers and to other staff members and this is not how it is done.
