Tried calling at 23:00. They claim they’re open until 05am but nobody answered the phone despite calling and 3:00 answered despite calling. Unfortunately my friends ended up spending £35 on subway (I know, terrible choice, not my impetus, but they’re full apparently. Surely this is a situation where just hiring more staff well lill literally did finishes. Night night slovenly;)

I ordered a pizza at midnight (the hut works until 5 am), delivery was late so I called them to ask what is happening. They said they would send somebody straightway. The driver couldn't find my place even though I gave him specific instructions before ordering on the website and his excuse was that his 'map took him there'. He also gave me the wrong order. Pizza was cold and had almost no tomato sauce. Overall very unpleasant experience and I won't be ordering from them again. If you have shortage of staff, maybe start paying people properly ,that way you'll attract better staff who aren't miserable and actually want to work.

I’ve been using this place to order pizza for years now and I was never left disappointed. The drivers are almost always nice and come to my front door. The food is always good and always warm. There have been times when they forgot my drink but that happened like 2-3 times in the 10 years I’ve been using this branch.

Ordered a takeaway tonight and they got the wrong order for 2 of the 3 items !!!Called immediately after delivery and we were promised a replacement within 25 mins !After 1 hour I chased repeatedly only to be told our address didn’t exist despite having previous deliveries and then told after the 3rd call that it was the correct order and we were mistaken which we clearly weren’t !!!Eventually after 1 1/4 hours later food arrived !No apology and appalling customer serviceShame on you Dominos as we will not order again !

If I could leave no stars I would! Paid £30.00 for food to not receive anything yesterday. I’ve been speaking with Casper (Manager) and he has advised there is nothing they can do about it as apparently my door was knocked and their procedures are to take food back to store. They’ve told me they’re unable to provide me with a screenshot GPS status showing that their delivery driver was at my house. Something doesn’t seem to add up here. I think twice before ordering from here - absolute robbery I’ll be contacting my bank to see if they can take any action on this.

I have previews ordered dominos from the place, but the service from the manager so told "manager" was horrific, i explained my fries were not cooked, and it was missing the sauce, regardless he didn't even offer a voucher as the previews manager did, this incident happened on 14/12/2023, at 00:12, this is not good service, the explanation was also stupid, saying that he will be sure the refund team will give me my money back, which i know for a fact nothing will happen

This place used to be good. But everytime I order now I know I'll get horrible pizza. Soggy, cold pizza with hardly any toppings and today's pizza actually arrived in tatters (reckless driving maybe?). I've tried to call and let them know in the past but honestly I can't be bothered anymore - just going to stop ordering Dominos.

I received a different pizza to the one I ordered and made the customer service team aware of this (wrong toppings and also I paid extra for stuffed crust which wasn't included). They said the store owner would be in touch. I received a generic reply from the store owner and no store credit. I would avoid.

The worst place to order. The manager Casper is so rude and very unprofessional.We ordered two pizza and one pizza was having a piece of beef in that, when we called to complain they said it’s casual and this things happen in food industry. In fact he told me that I have to tell him I have an allergy from non- vegetarian food while ordering vegetarian food, that was so stupid and idiotic.Very very rude, I would suggest to stay away from this place especially pure vegetarian people.I would love to see this franchise doors shutting forever. If they continue like this the day is not far.

Domino pizza on Avenue Southampton Management appalling especially Alex doesn’t know how to talk staff bullying attitude and discriminating against certain staff this was witnessed from front desk .very toxic environment to work in. Other managers sen alright but obviously can’t handle pressure within the work environment. Staff leaving constantly due that manager mentioned.

Trash tier - avoid and go to a different Dominos! Ruined an entire pizza with gross sauce that wasnt asked for. When called, refusal to rectify THEIR mistake and they even had the gall to call it 'user error'. Good luck guys, stay trash ?
