Had a fabulous lunch of burgers, chips and milkshake (best milkshakes ever, one pistachio and one reese’s). Everything was delicious. The staff serving were so kind to me (an inexperienced grandmother) and my granddaughter. I was treated with consideration when taking forever to understand the ordering and paying via my Apple Pay having it all explained very kindly. Granddaughter was excited as we had been on our first trip to Southampton (we have moved to the area recently, from Nottinghamshire), for the sales to buy her clothes with Christmas money and have a lunch treat. Unfortunately we did not realise until half an hour after our visit when we were still shopping that we had left a bag of newly bought clothes in the booth. Granddaughter went at a fast pace to see if they were still there and some very kind person had handed them in to the guys serving. They had put the bag in the kitchen for safe keeping awaiting our return. I absolutely cannot thank you all enough as I was very weary having my feet walked off all day and the anxiety of her presents being lost would have caused me serious upset. I have a lot of pain from arthritis and also have heart problems so she made her way back to Five Guys on her own as I slowly followed. You turned what could have been a tragedy into a lovely memorable day. We will return again to thank you all in person.

Staff were rude, I was told I couldn’t use the toilets as they were being painted. I was asked if I could use the toilets next door in the bowling alley.

Food came fast and fresh wasn't to crowded so got to sit down was a great place to eat after I've just spent all day shopping.

Disappointing. £39 for one adult and one child. Over priced, poorly serviced sloppy burgers. Is this really the vision of the Founders?! Tables were a mess, and it was only 19:00, some of the staff were arguing with customers, and the tables were sticky. Don’t listen to the hype and go somewhere else in WestQuay. The saddest thing was when I complained I was fobbed off by someone sat in an office somewhere. Nearly 40 quid for average burgers and a kids meal. Eat in local restaurants instead - chain madness.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location (at the time) was incredibly quiet with a large amount of seating.A quick wait time and excellent tasting food for an affordable price in contrast to other fast food franchises.Overall - Great place to eat in with excellent food!

Woeful tasteless burgers, desperation led us here in spite of a previous poor experience, but honestly they were awful, undercooked onion, horribly cheap rolls, very coarse texture & a depressing experience all round-we won’t be back!In fairness other branches/franchises seem to do better (according to family members). Maybe a localised issue?

It should be cheap and fast!Imagine if I went for 2 cheese burgers, chips, and coke. That would've been £30. I find this crazy!Anyway, the portions of chips are always generous and the staff is always nice. It's just the company's greed that is unbelievable.
