Just purchase from the shop only to be accused of putting bits not paid for in a bag Its only offence once you have left the shop with out paying for an item.This isnt acceptable at all. The sales assistant saying out loud i need to check my bag when my son put something else we bough from another shop in the bag we had.Your staff need to be trainned better and only challenge once the person has left.

Me and my dad were buying some food and drinks from your establishment, and the cashier, or sales assistant, waterer said that we were stealing. She said she saw us or me put something in the bag before getting to her on the cctv, which was absurd as I wasn't even near the fridge or food to grab anything. I don't even know if my father was.On to what I did put into the bag. All I put the bag was medicine, which is vital if I have a seizure longer than 5 mins and then a bag of takis that we bought from another shop and I had just thought to put in the bag. Unacceptable for someone who should know how to treat that, especially when I was nowhere near anything to grab.
