Well, what can I say, apart from what a totally miserable, rude staff member serve me.Didn’t make any eye contact or even acknowledge I was there!I politely asked for what I wanted. Half was put on one side of counter, the other on the complete opposite side!! I am on crutches and didn’t even ask if I wanted a bag.In fact he didn’t say one word the whole transaction!! ?He had quite a lot of facial hair, and in my opinion should of had a net over it fir hygiene purposes .Never have I ever encountered this poor customer service in any of you other stores!

Greggs is Greggs, but the staff here are great, and that makes the difference between being an OK Greggs and a really good Greggs that you'll happily visit again.

Today when I came in to buy a piece of pizza, their staffs were chatting, I said hello to one of them, and she saw me, but she didn't say anything to me, she turned her face to another staff and continue to chat with him, and I said hello again, she still didn't answer me, and I just about to leave, the other staff said hello and take my order. And I must say the pizza was cold today as well, I need to reheat when I get back to my shop! Won't go to this store again!

I asked for a double espresso and the girl who was in charge today 4/02/2022 was presing to coffee machine Later Where they kept sugar on table for costumer if costumer needed never i didn't see milk, all the time to asking staff for milk. And it's not first time happened on this Greggs. Where it's bas stops Abovebar, Southampton on the High Street the employees all the time was given me a very good service ?.

Standard range of pasties, pies, sarnies, coffees, donuts etc. No bread or rolls as far as I can see. One person who works there is relentlessly cheerful, which makes it aGreggs to cherish tbh. Maybe I'm constantly going in 3 minutes before their shift ends, but that person is a proper legend and the cheery service always lifts my spirits. Proper ray of sunshine. Here's to you, smiling pastie-slinger!
