I had a hair styling appointment in John Lewis Southampton with GHD and just wanted to say how amazing Eva was!She styled my hair beautifully for my event and advised me on what products she was using which was super helpful to help me style my own hair in the future. She was super friendly and welcoming and madeMe feel at ease throughout the entire appointment.She listened to everything I asked for and was very gentle as my hair can sometimes tug due to baby/fine hairs.I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and coming back :)

Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at John Lewis, and I want to express my extreme frustration. The customer service has severely declined, especially on February 18th when I encountered a young lady with a terribly rude attitude at the Customer Service level on the top floor. I was so angered by her disrespectful behavior that I had to leave before I said something regrettable. Her unpleasant demeanor and lack of assistance only added to my frustration when I tried to explain my situation.

I had a very lovely experience today, we went in for a look around, looking at the different Lego sets. They had such a good variety of sets and even had the new ones that came out, we had two lovely people helping us with our every need, mum is in a wheelchair and has trouble seeing things and getting around but they where more than happy to help, we are so thankful for people helping us when we go shopping because sometimes it can be awful going shopping with the wheelchair but our experience today really put our minds at ease, thank you so much to Xanna and Atlas

Very poor customer service from the only staff member working at the Estée Lauder counter of John Lewis Southampton on Sunday 18th February. She was apparently doing some paperwork and did not like to be disturbed when we approached for help. Very patronising and rude; such a strange behaviour from a member of staff. Sorry to disturb you lady; we will take our customs elsewhere from now on. We buy everything from John Lewis but guess not Estée Lauder makeup from now on. Wished I had noted her name but my daughter was too scared of her so didn’t dare look let alone ask.A very unpleasant experience!!!

Popped in for a wander with my wife, every staff member we spoke to was so helpful and friendly. I needed to use the toilets, they were clean and well maintained.My wife went to the beauty counter and Paige helped her buy a new mascara, she was knowledgeable and so friendly.
