Chicken was literally raw, and full of oil, wet and soggy…… My little daughter was having her meal and I could see the oil running off her hands, The chicken has no taste, it’s rubbish. I throw Half of it in the bin. They need to do something about it. I think my 21.99 I should get it back with an apology!!!

Order a £32 order off of Uber eats and half of it never come, not even enough food for a full meal arrived. One of the items was a mini fillet burger and the fillet came on its own. This is ridiculous.

Just a bit dirty, quite grumpy and surly staff, overall a very very average experience. *** Further visit via just eat, literally 60% of the order was missing! Hot a refund via just eat but fir staff not being able to follow a simple order on a sheet shows the type of people they have working there. Compounded with my first visit of it being dirty inside, I absolutely never going to order from there again and neither should you if you don't want to catch what 2 aspirin won't cure!

Busy KFC, cleanness: I would say less than good. I went last week 4 times and two time, I couldn't find a clean place to sit. Also, the door is suppose to be automatic, I come with baby stroller and it's impossible to open that heavy door. Management please fix that door. Food wise is nice except one time I got my chicken very cold.
Spent nearly £25 on a 10pc bargain bucket and a large popcorn chicken. Literally half of the bucket were drumsticks. Not one nice breast piece in the other 5. Large popcorn chicken was definitely not full amount. Was prepared to give KFC another chance after a similar experience last year. Never again, massive rip-

They seem to have removed most chairs so it's stand up tables, fine for a quick bite I suppose but I'd have liked to have sat down.The chicken was pretty good, the batter really is supposed to be crispy but it never is.

The place is filthy and can become rather busy. For a small order of fries and 2 pieces of chicken I had to wait 30min and it wasn't even peak times. The chips were soggy, the chicken super salty and dripping in fat with more batter than meat. I mean, can't expect better quality from KFC but cmon, this is meant to be "fast" food...

Food was really good and assistance was great-i had a problem with my app and the server was more than willing to help however, my take out was a little spoiled as the gravy tubs were not closed properly so they spilt inside the bag on the way home. Food from KFC is getting more expensive but the rewards and offers do

All half effort. I got a mighty bucket for one. 2 pieces were tiny. Clearly just any bits thrown in. I ate in but limited seating in the corner due to everything packed up.. it's winter. so not to easy to do a take away. Maintaining some welcoming atmosphere would have been nice. I must say I do love KFC . Maybe they were just having a bad night
