Food was prepared quickly. The staff were pleasant. I've never tried food at Leon before and I won't be rushing back. The waffle type fries were quite dried out and we're only warm, nit hot. Think that they looked better than they tasted. Tasty chicken in the wrap, but I found it difficult to eat as it was falling out and dripped quite a lot from the bottom of it.

Patronising and aggressive towards older female customers.Won't be using this place again after seeing what I saw today and the manager had no interest in dealing with the situation either

Chicken in burger seemed uncooked. Very pink and slimy. Fries were rubbery. Black beans were very dry. Threw much of it away.

Ordered using the screen at rownhams services. I has the 5 nuggets, skaw salad and a coffee. I didn’t notice a number on my order so went ant told the lady at the counter, you do add your name so she said she would call my name but didn’t give me my number. After about 20 minutes I asked if my order was coming, ‘sorry, the nuggets take 10 to 15 minutes’ After 30 minutes I went up again and my order was put together. She said well your Americano is there, that coffee had been there for about 15 minutes, she said she had called the number (the number I didn’t know) and said Americano…..it could have been anyones americano. She offered to make a fresh one, when that was done, she handed it to me without adding milk, I asked about milk and she said ‘it’s an Americano, it doesn’t have milk’. As part of the ordering process it asks what milk you want which I told her, she again said it doesn’t have milk and then asked it I wanted milk. I was given the rest of my order and sat down with my wife who had ordered McD’s and already finished her McD’s. I got the coffee, the nuggets but was given waffle fries. I went back and rather than accepting what I had said, she said that was you order, I said I ordered slaw not fries. She asked for the number I didn’t know, I reminded her I didn’t know it and she took my name again. She started reading out my order clearly expecting it to have been my mistake, then acknowledged I had ordered slaw. Back to the table and I bit into my first nugget it was nasty, a very thin bit of chicken and a thick gluten free coating. I tried another, thicker nugget, it was thicker because it had more coating, not more chicken. I didn’t eat any more, I also left most of the slaw although it was ok, the coffee was ok too. Terrible service and the main part of the meal was not worth eating, a waste of 10.48. I thought I was getting better quality, tastier food but no, a disappointment.
The man at the back (older with a balding head) who was preparing the food, did so with his bare fingers. Slapping on the cheese as he had a chat with a woman walking around the kitchen. He threw the old looking buns in the toaster and pulled out patties out from a tray COLD. Then covered it in sauce barely looking as he continued his conversation. As he chucked out my order he leaned over the serving rack. I couldn't eat the food as I was horrified at it's preparation, not to mention it be STONE COLD. This franchise is clearly under observed and the standards are despicable.

Thank you soooo much to Dylan for sorting us out with delicious food despite being 3mins to closing. I've been meaning to try Leon for ages and was so happy to have the opportunity today. Comfy chairs in the seating area. Perfect stop off after a long day.

The staff were very attentive and helpful as the self service ordering via touching the screens like at franchises like Burger King weren't working. They were very fast and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. I asked if they cooked their vegan patties etc on a separate grill from the meat one and they confirmed this straight away (unlike a franchise that shall remain nameless but is in violation of the Vegan Society's "seal of approval").We just noticed that the tables at which we sat and those around us were "salt-y" ie had salt scattered on them and some had water etc on them but we saw that only two amazing ladies were doing all the work of ordering, taking orders to tables inside and out, clearing the place where trays are put etc. so we just moved to another table.Thank you for the vegan options for myself and the carnivore options for my partner who is a committed meat eater!!Can't wait to come around to you all again.

Good place to stop. Took break while on trip from London to Bournemouth. It has all options of Rowhams such as Mc Donald, Leon, SPAR, Noodle Bar, Costa, Slot Machine Games & WH Smith, see pictures. It also has outdoor seating in lawn with many benches. A dog friendly place.Medium capacity washrooms but huge car park. Has 2 electric charging bays.Parking beyond 2 hours attracts charge.My advice would be not to use the gas station adjacent to it as they charge 15 percent more than any other fuel station in the same area.

Chicken Wrap was okay but I would prefer if the use tortila wrap as the wrap they used socked all the liquid of the inner material. Fries was cold and not nice at all.
