Arrived at 2355 to order some food after a long day at work! The site advertises they are open till Midnight, to be told from a guy (Cortney) with an aggressive tone stating “WERE SHUT” when asked why when they advertised he repeated “WERE SHUT” and when asked about his rude abrupt attitude he continued to be Rude and very unprofessional! I guess customer service means nothing here and Rudeness comes for free! Worst service I’ve received at any McDonald’s and the staff member should be ashamed to be in a customer service based role!

No coffee.... machine broken.. again we were told its always breaking down. Food warm and edible. Tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Went to counter for bbq sauce 4 members of staff stood around. I had to cough to get their attention. Not overall impressed

I was in need of refreshments and I saw McDonald's and came. My chips were lukewarm and the bun of my chicken burger torn but the burger was very warm. My coffee was not filled to the top but the meal was cheap and the restaurant was a NIP untidy. Overall I give 3 stars.

Our meal was served up and placed on a counter away from us. The chap serving wandered off and did something else, leaving the meal to go cold. Eventually he called our number and we sat down to eat. The food was bland, tasteless and lukewarm. I did not enjoy any of it - burger, fries or orange juice. Oh, and asked for a sachet of mayonnaise - we don't serve it anymore!!

We stopped for a break, tea and a snack. Till girl very patient and helpful. Girl cleaning tables saw we were old and suffering from the heat so informed 1st girl who made a point of bringing our snack and anything else to a tabler us. Cost - including rent price rises - £5.16

This restaurant is in a perfect location for paultons park. It was busy and really needed more parking space but we got our food quickly and it was lovely and fresh

Have to stay that I forget this little gem of a McDonald's existed for a while. Literally the only one that had milkshakes on in the (not so local) area. Will return again as they had everything we wanted, which seems to be difficult for most others.

Popped in after a late day of work. Efficient and polite, got the order right, food was hot and tastes fresh and they were really quick. Will be going here rather than Totton in future!
Went through drive through, there was quite a few cars there but was very quick to get to us in our car ?

Nice clean stop off only ordered some coffee via the app, not the best I've had tasted a bit weak. Received 2 white coffees instead of 1 latte and 1 white.

Sadly there wasn't much to drink other than Cola; nearly everything, drink wise, was unavailable. However, it was the end of the day and the drive through had a constant really long queue. The staff were still very friendly and did their best with what they had.\\nWe still had a really nice meal after a long day at Paultons Park.

Want cold food and the incorrect order ? then go here. Big tasty Burger \\u0026 chips were so cold literally no trace of heat in it.\\nGo down the dual carriage way to morrisons roundabout and use the burger van. Got a but and chips cheaper. Tasted better, was bigger and was hot.
