I don’t really know how to write this or where to start but I’ll do my best.This past Christmas my lovely wife bought me a brilliant little package from Nespresso.I couldn’t have be happier with this new gift and was excited to get started.Super easy to set up and even easier to get started and start enjoying perfect coffee everytime.Since then I’ve had to call only a couple of times to speak to somebody in the sales and ordering department. Honestly, if you haven’t already then just take some time out to give them a call to understand what i mean when I say that these people, these amazing ladies full of knowledge, laughs and patience.Honestly the most amazing team I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to.Unfortunately I don’t have the names of the first two ladies I spoke to, but today I spoke to Kate. Her personality and work ethic inspired this story to be written. Such an amazing person. I called to thank Nespresso for the two free coffee mugs they sent me with my recent order.In summery, a perfect company with the best employees and the most delicious affordable products.Thank you Nespresso for making the start to every day the most enjoyable of days.???

The boutique was great, the staff helpful unfortunately the product has fallen short of my expectations, bought a new machine here and am now on the third machine within 6 weeks. However, I just cannot fault the customer services who are always happy and helpful.
