Food was indeed great, but they closed the kitchen at 9pm and had turned the coffee machine off, so we couldn't order desserts and coffees. Shame they didn't ask if we wanted anything before they did that. We had finished our mains in good time ... We were celebrating a birthday ... Bit of a down

Good but very quiet. Slow service but only one guy on the bar. Have heard its very good when busier but we did pick unusual times to go for a drink before an early dinner

Excellent customer service, very good food and prices are reasonable.

Bottomless brunch very naughty but nice nice nice, beware when you hit the outside fresh air after consuming a lot of Prosecco LOl. Well done thanks to all the staff

Ate hear recently for my mothers 90th. I had the seabass and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and cocktails brought over to our table looked and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back.

Service was great and food was good

Honestly, this place has been in a steady decline over the past 2 years and this was probably the last time I'll step foot in here.

It's a Friday night and the place is mostly empty, yet it took forever to get a drink order in. There are technically 2 guys behind the bar but only one of them is doing any work. The other one is just stood there, doing absolutely nothing despite the queue. Just playing with his keys. They also apparently have no glasses, I suppose the kitchen is just as understaffed and there are no KPs to deal with the dishes.

This understaffing problem has been an issue every time I've come here and it's such a joke at this point. Management need get off their rear ends and hire more people. Responding to these reviews but taking no action is pointless.

Cannot comment on food or service. Closed. Atmosphere: the outside is a building site. Some outside seating next to a wooden building board with the noise of the business next doors extractor fans. Updating opening hours on Google only takes a couple of minutes. Wasted journey for us.

What a shambles so bad it was laughable. Totally unprepared and under staffed, luckily we had time on our side and did eventually get seated despite having pre booked. 20 mins later the very stressed out crying waitress took our order and brought our wine, then it took over an hour to get our very average food order. Unfortunately as it was a pre Take That concert day everywhere else was fully booked so we just had to wait it out and hope we got fed. Terrible experience won't be going back there in a hurry.

We booked in for 3pm. We arrived and was told that we could have the table for 90mins. Not a problem we thought, we could not have been more wrong. We were taken to our table which was not laid and given no menus. After a while we went to ask for menus and got our own cutlery. We sat waiting for someone to take our order and no one came. My mum went to the bar to order drinks in the meantime. They didn't come. We asked if someone was taking food orders at the table and was told he was too busy. He said it would be quicker to order at the bar. It wasn't. By this point we had been there for 40 mins. Still no drinks. Asked about the drinks order which still wasn't with us. He read back the order which was completely wrong. Our drinks finally came and cocktails you would describe as poor at best. We could see food was sitting waiting to go out and after over an hour we asked about our starters and was told there were 4 tickets in front of ours. The starters finally came out after 1 hour 15 mins from arrival. We cancelled the mains and left.There were staff working hard but seemed to be busy fools. One particular lady was lazy. She seemed to be trying to look busy whilst doing nothing at all. There was no direction, no leadership. There was no customer service at all and the restaurant was only about half full. Staff were all busy behind the bar and no one in the restaurant. The man who served us was extremely apologetic but we left so disappointed.

Friendly service and a nice place but the food was lackluster at best. Would only return for drinks.

Alright food for a good price in that area of town. Staff are excellent

Very poor experience this time after a lovely time last year. Doubt we will return.
Scaffolding made it very gloomy so couldn't sit outside to enjoy the view.Also no atmosphere in the place on a Friday night . No one seemed bothered that it was practically empty or attempt to make up for it. Closed the bar at 2130 so we didn't have sweets after our meal or any more drinks.
Catered OK for my wife's Lactose intolerance but her first choice of meal vegan curry was not available.
All the meals however were good

Turned up for a bottomless brunch. Got seated in a corner next to the loud kitchen when next to a massive group of 20 even though the rest of the resteraunt was empty with a view of the marina.
After 30 mins of no service went up to bar, got told they were busy even though 5 of them standing at the bar not doing anything that looked like work.
After 40 mins finally had an order taken. 15 minutes later we gave up and left.
Still 5 of them stood at the bar not working. As we left I explained it’s been too long and they could not care less and didn’t even move from their leaning positions on the bar.
After 1hour of being there not a single food or drink provided.
Will not be going back. Had good experiences in the past but unfortunately not this time. went round the corner to maratino lounge and had a great time.

Arrived for a bottomless brunch at 2pm and were seated. Waited almost half an hour before going to the bar as we hadn't been served. Waited again for 20 minutes and still no drinks. The woman at the bar said the brunch won't start until the first drink but by that time it would have been over an hour late and we had a booking elsewhere later that day. We were seated around the corner from the bar so it almost felt like we were just forgotten about.

We ended up walking out after an hour of waiting as the service was ridiculously slow. The staff were all stood around the bar and couldn't have cared less as we said we were going. Not even an apology!

Hugely shocking and disappointing as we had a bottomless brunch here last year and the service was fantastic and very quick. The rude behaviour from the staff has put me and my friends off from booking here again.
