You come in and smell and see so much food options. The staff were really nice and explained how to use and buy the food. Most of the food was reasonably priced. It is a nice place to go with family or friends. There was one thing which wasn’t the best as lots of plates were dirty and had leftover food which was dry or wet.

One star is too many It starts with being treated like cattle at the entrance area. Pushed to the other side of the walkway even though that then meant crossing waking traffic, no logic there. Wi-Fi appalling, no 3/4/5g signal so ordering was a lengthy frustrating thing. If you insist on having online ordering then I suggest you have a internet that actually works. We then waited an eternity for the pizza. We ordered thin crust with extra cheese. The pizza came out with 2/3rds of the edges blackened. The thin crust was thinner that the paper in my printer and was also black on the bottom. If this was extra cheese then I hate to think what no extra cheese would be like. We then asked for our HOT brownie desert. We were told if would be a while as it was freshly done in the oven to make it amazing for us. Well after 30 minutes, out it came, dry and cold in the middle. So I decided that something needed to be said. I was told I could get a refund. Well now that would have been acceptable but alas, they needed the order number to do this. Of course, I had to get access to my email to get it, yep, no internet available to download the email so no refund. Close to £60 for an appalling lunch that left us incredibly frustrated and quite honestly disgusted. I can only review as I find and unfortunately our experience today was appalling. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all

Disappointing.We deliberately did not order the buffet and were happily prepared to wait the extended time during this busy session.The pizzas arrived after an inordinate amount of time with exceedingly limited toppings: the most disappointing was the lack of cheese.The dough was beautiful, crisp and fresh but was dry without adequate toppings.

Fabulous food, lovely hot pizza and made to how we wanted it. Salad bar was full and very fresh. Service was slightly slow to start although seated within a few minutes.

One word... WOW..! Decided to dine in at Pizza Hut with the family, and we were positively overwhelmed by the whole experience!! Food was very quick, and delish,, lovely pizzas and side dishes; GREAT value for money...!! LOVED the free salad bar and refillable drinks with LOTS of choices... ?? Nice atmos all round..,, Staff friendly, groovy decor just amazing..!!

Called in for lunch today and greeted by Will. He sorted us the table we wanted by asking a staff member to clean it for us which she did including wiping down the seats. The staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. A young lad who was waiting on noticed any spills and crockery left in wrong place was quickly dealt with. The food was awesome with a great selection. We were more than happy with the entire experience. Well done to you all

Very disappointed with our choice to have dinner on a family evening out.. I understand we have to wait to be seated, but so many of the team roaming around and you order on the phone but no one has time to seat waiting customers. The pizza from the delivery pizza hut was much much better than one we were given. The saving grace was only the dessert. Ordered 2 unlimited drinks and they did not have normal pepsi in the dispenser.. had to check with staff who gave us a bottle.We ordered vegan bites, and felt they were really horrible. we could have oven baked or even pan fried frozen ones at home and it would have been 100 times better.. there are much better choices around the food court.. so do keep away.Vegetarian options: Please don't order the vegan chicken nuggets.. they are just horrible. Pizza from takeaway would have costed lot less and tasted much better

Usually Pizza hut is amazing but this one was not great at all, Most of the time pizza hut put lots of cheese on the pizza however these pizzas were skint of cheese. Service was not that great with the atomosphere just very quiet and boring. It worked out at £38 for the both of us. I wont be coming back but the food tasted alright in the end. If i could include a photo i would.

Popped in for dinner with wife and son. Hadn’t been to Pizza Hut for well over a decade when they had a decent pizza buffet, and good selection on salad bars.Must admit I was really gutted to see the decline in quality over the years. I couldn’t fault the service, as the staff were very friendly. However, the quality of food just didn’t see, up to standard, especially considering the price. Think Pizza Express next door would’ve come out at a very similar cost.The salad bar was really disappointing too. Didn’t seem fresh. And aside from shredded carrots, crusty looking cherry tomatoes, and some lettuce leaves, not much salad in terms of healthy items, but more items such as tortilla chips, coleslaw, potato salad, croutons etc.Anyway ultimately just disappointed Pizza Hut doesn’t seem to be the place I remembered it to be.Kid-friendliness: Staff are friendly with kids, and there is a kid menu as well as crayons and paper for colouring in etc.

Always go back to Pizza Hut because I can’t deny I love the food but the service is pretty awful really and usually is that way. Astonishing to pay around £30 for a pizza when sitting in a restaurant that has the atmosphere and cleanliness of a McDonald’s… almost no service, my partner had to get up and find someone every time we needed something for example to order as there was no service and the wifi didn’t work so couldn’t use our phones to order, then again he had to get up because plates weren’t brought out with our pizza, and of course you have to get up to serve yourself drinks. The place was full of screaming children which I know is to be expected it’s a family place although I do think the prices should be a lot lower because of this. I think this is the last time I’ll visit a Pizza Hut to be honest.

So I took my son for a pizza hut after booking online and requesting softer seating as I have problems with my hips. Having booked online, we headed to the restaurant for our slot, and there was a queue. Normally, a member of staff would come over and ask if you had a booking, and if not, you continued in the queue. On this occasion, no one came over. Thankfully, the line went down quite quickly, and I told the host at the entrance that I had booked a table. He didn't seem too bothered and showed me and my son to a tiny table far back in the restaurant with hard seating. He proceeded to tell us how to order via the QR code and that if we needed any help, then ask.I scanned the QR code, and it wouldn't load. I connected to Pizza Hut WiFi, and it still took a while but eventually ordered one lunch buffet and a child's meal.I got a plate from the buffet when our glasses we're given to us for our drinks and was a slice of pizza down when my son's food arrived.The staff seemed very disorganised, and the area around the buffet was not very tidy and the food didnt appear very attractive. I only ended up having my one plate of food in the end.
