The Premier Inn's are generally excellent with good standards of cleanliness and run efficiently with no negative surprises. However this one stands apart due to the amazing staff. The reception staff were helpful and smiling but the morning breakfast staff were the most hard working, obliging and happy people you could meet. They are a credit to the Premier Inn. We chose this hotel for it’s location near family and for the “wet accessible” room for my Mum. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed by extremely friendly, caring and helpful staff. The staff that supplies and cleans our rooms are so accommodating and cheerful. We’ve been especially appreciative of the warm breakfast served every morning in the breakfast room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Kids loved it. Breakfast was really nice. A lot to choose from. Nice and close to peppa pig World stayed here before they have never let us down.
