Ordered two pizzas at 5.30pm amd food arrived at 20:15pm over two and a half hour wait and the food arrived cold amd greasy. Terrible service. No apology or offer to correct it. Will not be using again . Waste of money

After ordering and having it delivered to Holiday Inn expess I have no complaints. Was told it would take 1 hour and it was delivered in 1 hour. The pizza was hot and the salad was chilled. Not the best pizza I've had but it was good. I would order again.

First Roberto's pizza for a while, used to be the best around but last night's was terrible, half the amount of sauce and half the amount of toppings not to mention the extra toppings I paid for but didn't get, won't be using them again, you expect prices to go up but not the quality to come down

As per most of the reviews, the delivery from this place is shockingly bad. The pizza and kebabs are awesome, but sick of the waiting for it now, always says 45-60 mins, but always late, and latest one over two hours which isnt the first time. You're lucky if you get throughon the phone. Time to find a new kebab shop now.

Utter joke order took over 2 and half hours phones them up and it hasn't left the shop yet. Then they end up putting the phone down on me, quick enough to take my money tho! Cheeky!!!

This is hands down the best pizza you'll ever get. I've moved a lot over the years and this is honestly the only reason that I keep moving back ? The staff are super friendly, the shop always smells amazing, the prices are great and the pizza is GOAT.What are you even doing with your life if you're not ordering Roberto's Pizza?
It’s a shame you can’t do 0 stars, order took over 2 hours to come. Called after 90 mins and the man on the phone said he’s just leaving the shop. Fast forward another half an hour the food still wasn’t with me, baring in mind I live about a mile away!! Absolutely shocking will not be ordering from here again.

Unbelievable service waited 2 hours for the food to arrive 40 mins prior i had rung twice to be told the driver is ten minutes. A further 30 mins i rang again to say forget it it you were in a restaurant you would have walked out. On the phone the guy promised to look after us on our next order. Thought we would give it a shot today and the man on the phone said he would chuck in free dips i said are you serious oh and a free can of drink as my boss will kill me. I told him to forget it terrible service do not believe what they tell you when they say they will look after you next time its lies!!

Absolutely shocking experience last night. Accepted my order on Uber eats, made me wait over an hour then cancelled my order on me with no explanation! Didn't even have the decency to call me to tell me. Definitely won't be using you again when I'm next in the area.
