I will never use the Winchester Road Shell garage ever again. It’s my local garage and I have been using it every day for the last 2/3 years. I will fill up my vehicle elsewhere. Disgusting customer service by the late shift staff. I was told at 9:38pm I wasn’t allowed to use the costa machine or purchase a chocolate bar, I tried to explain that the shop is supposed to be open until 10.00pm. The staff member tried to make me feel like she had done me a favour letting me In at 9:38! She said she was mopping the floor and wouldn’t go home at 10.00pm if I came in. I tried to explain that Shell would want my custom and that she was to continue to serve customers until closing at 10.00pm. I have a great relationship with the rest of the staff, I couldn’t speak highly enough of them. I’m aware of how much they have to do on a shift, but to try and turn paying customers away a good 20 minutes before closing is completely unprofessional, especially when you’ve only been in the job a matter of weeks. I would consider reviewing this staff members contract before you loose any more loyal customers. I have spent £1000’s in that store. Im aware you probably should keep your political views to yourself to!

I was there today and I just trying to set up my phone to pay with Google pay for some staff , it was like a 4-minute and the guy who who's working there, he told me I couldn't stay longer in shop.
