another great day in Starbucks, Thursday , relaxing and watching the world go by , I watched how the partners take the pressure of the punters wanting the nectar BUT I witnessed one punter being somewhat aggressive towards a partner , why ? I can only think is the fact she has been brought up wrong please punters respect needed ! Must remember to pack my re useable cup to save 5 p ! Rock on bucks ! A busy day Saturday gay pride in Southampton above bar !

I was here for the powerpoints, to charge my phone and computer. There's plenty, and a good high bench to sit at and work. The staff were nice and made a good flat white.

Terrible staff attitude and service. Mentioned to the coffee making staff that the order on my receipt was wrong. She told me to speak to the person who placed the order. She then proceeded to talk to another customer about me asking her a question when she had too much to do. That was really rude. I may not look like a typical British but she shouldn't assume I was a non-english speaking tourist. The checkout staff didn't apologise instead she explained in a condescending tone that she merely pressed the wrong button. While I was collecting my coffee, I asked which staff i should ask about the cinnamon swirl I ordered. Reluctantly the coffee staff said she would get it. Then I had to check with another customer whether the coffee was hers because one of the coffee I ordered was just simply placed on the counter and no one told me that was mine. I felt the need to write this review because usual service of Starbucks elsewhere are better than what I received today.
