Opening hours are ridiculous. Closes 5.30 on weekdays and not at all weekends.

Rude \\u0026 unhelpful staff. Blue light card holders are entitled to a discount here. The member of staff declined mine and said “I don’t make the rules”...... the staff here clearly need to read the rules and learn customer service.

Great place to have a bite to eat when visiting the hospital. The ability to gain points mean that when my niece was admitted to PICU we were able to get a free 12" sub by the end of the week.
I am sure it would have been fine if I had gone in and not just been passing !!

Couldn't hear the girl as she spoke so quietly, not much filling in the breakfast sub, like 1 rasher of bacon and a thin bit of egg. Always clean and tidy though.

Rude staff no smile or please or thank u having said that there is a male who works really hard and smiles and always cheerfull when talking to you. Evenings is worse to go in sometimes run out of bread early I won't be going back I don't see why should give my money to grumpy staff who can't be bothered so we will be going else where as a family as bakerys sandwiches up road are excellent and staff are helpfull
