I haven't been in a subway in a little while and was surprised when instead of asking me what I would like with my chicken sandwich, I was told what I could have, it wasn't very warm or filling, I think I would rather get a bag of chips!

Was served by an Indian lady at around half 12 on a Saturday night, after I'd finished work.She sneezed putting on her plastic glove which she then kept using and kept playing with her nose stud with the glove on. She also spoke and gestured to me quite rudely when asking what i wanted with my order, choosing to use hand signals rather than actually talk to me. I get that she is likely used to dealing with annoying drunk people but I was neither of those things.It was just quite a negative and unsanitary experience.Get better staff, Subway

Not as good now, it was better in past, is I always have a mega melt with brown sauce and proper sausages and not the sausage patty you now give, they are not the same, please go back to when they were better, as the service for your staff A1 brilliant nice and friendly.

Very friendly staff. Delicious and clean food (I often took the Vegan Sub). Ate lunch there at least 2 times a week. I definitely recommend this Subway.

Enjoyed our 6 inch BMT and meatball subway. The 2 that served us about 1.30pm were friendly and very polite and service with a smile. The best service we have ever had at a Subway. Thank you.

Went in for my usual BMT. I was just about to order what salad I wanted to be dictated to as to what salad I can have. I don't care if the menu has changed! If I want tomatoes instead of red onion why can't I? Well thanks to your staff acting like jumped up food police we walked out. So not only did you loose a sale but what we ordered went in the bin....congratulations on going down hill. Lost me as a regular customer

We got the meatball sub and chicken caesar wrap which was new to the menu and a first for us and it was not at all disappointing. A Very light and refreshing lunch option on a hot day by the ocean on the docks of Southampton. Salad was fresh and it was not messy to eat.Then ofcourse the classic cookies. Smarties and double chocolate chip ??
