Speedy, unassuming service.All the options - that you'd expect from Subway - are on offer. Never experienced them running out of ingredients here.Not particularly cheap - but cheaper than some neighbouring stores (think Winchester).Plenty of seating inside - but not exactly a warm atmosphere. Again - a common complaint for many Subways in the UK (they're stuck in a time warp).

Toilet is not just filthy from a day of neglect, it's months of not being cleaned professionally. My problem is, if that's the toilet, what's the food hygiene like? Sorry guys it's a no from me!

I just had the WORST takeaway ever, non toasted bread with 1 piece of meat and nothing else. When i complained there was not a care in the world.

Ordered a sandwich and they forgot half of the filling and just sent me turkey in a warm sandwich and nothing else, I expect it’s because I asked for vegan cheese because I’m lactose intolerant which probably somehow either confused the workers who don’t know what lactose intolerance(surely they should know working in a restaurant) is OR some weirdo thinking it was funny???

Very disappointed! Walked in late in the evening and it was empty, went to the counter and there was one guy doing stuff. Completely ignored me whilst I waited, didn't even acknowledge I was there. I don't mind waiting if they have other things to do but I honestly felt like a ghost as he didn't even say a word to me? if I could rate 0 stars I would

Had the Brie sandwich, and it was delicious. Husband had steak and cheese - have to say, these were the best sandwiches from Subway we have ever had. 10/10!

Large queues and grumpy staff are never a good mix but seeing a staff member wipe his nose (with his gloved hand) and then immediately go back to making a sandwich does not help.To add to that me and my wife were the only ones in wearing masks. While I appreciate that it's a choice for each and every one of us right now, that differs for Subway employees who are required by Subway's policies to wear masks. They guys either didn't know that or just didn't care. Either way we ending up cancelling our order and leaving. If you are ever stuck in a position where you have to choose between this Subway and not eating then I'd stay hungry, it's the wiser option.

Service and attitude improved significantly since change of Management. The new staff are friendly and patience for the kids who can't make up their minds for a while. Certainly has lessen the stress when ordering the food.Thanks for your patience! 5 stars for the service. (Hope the previous staff has gone, not just a day off)Keep up the good works. I'll be back more often now.
