Awful service the women works with no hairnet front counter looks dirty. They send leaflets and offers to the houses but you can’t use them in store. Stop wasting peoples time and stop this leaflets.

Menu was wrong and some ordered items were swapped out without contact. 2 drinks ordered and paid for were not included in the order which we didn’t realise till we were back home. All contact details are false. Not sure if this was theft or incompetence, but I will never use them again.Parking: There is no easy parking in the area.

Really bad food! This woman ordered forgot her marinara on her pizza slice thing,her mums sub didn’t have cheese or sweetcorn in,her own sub had onions in when she is allergic!! No cucumber no sweetcorn not even toasted for real just bad in general!!

I have been here twice before I reviewed as everyone has an off day. Both times have been terrible. Most recent today its as if the staff have no training. One lady tried to heat up the wrap after the salad was added and built the wrap with all the contents right in the middle not spaced so looks more like a block. In general they dont seem to know what's going on. Person in front of us was given change of 76p in 2p coins which he just gave back.

Slow, uninterested, and out of date brown salad on display. When I advised the salads shouldn't be brown or have slime in them. The staff acknowledged and shrugged and carried on.1st and last time in this subway.

I ordered 2 footling meals at around 8am. I was amazed. The filling was amazing. There was lots and tastes so fresh. They even wrote cute little note on the bags. Alls a free cookie ! This was such a cute and lovely detail to see. Many thanks for the great meal and service.
