My server Kieran was such a lovely soul! I was worried about certain parts of the food so he even gave me a little pot free of charge to ensure I liked it! Kept making me laugh and over all a great person. The food was also amazing here. Definitely recommend !

Really tasty burritos here with friendly fast and efficient service. The tacos are also good with plenty of fillings offered. Not the classiest place in the world as it's inside west quay, but nice food. Shame the seating area is always so busy ?Dietary restrictions: Staff were great at making sure there was no cross contamination. Never had an issue eating here as a coeliac

Worst made burrito bowl ever.The guy who made the burrito bowl was clearly showing no attention to it, the way he made it was as though it was just a matter of dumping all the different ingredients into the bowl, where as the same product another member of staff made for us one week earlier and it was absolutely made how it should be made.Also on this Monday the ingredients seemed to be lacking flavour, lettuce which use to be shredded was just served like that.Management needs to look into these things.Won’t be going again.The way things were this time it is for sure that this place will lose customers.

Visited the store yesterday and was served by a lady called Zuza. Wanted to say she’s been a great support . It was my first time in there and I had no idea what is it all about . She gave me a lot of informations about the products and ingredients due to my diet restriction which are hard to meet and helped be set up my app and redeemed my voucher .Thank you Zuza !
