Amazing Service by our waiter ethan, he was amazing even when guests next to us was being really rude to him he acted very professional we was sat in the benches if I was him I would of shouted at them ?, he’s a amazing person a part of the team!

Visit with three friends before football. We queued for 20 minutes to get a table because they were clearly understaffed.The poor service continued with both wait times and a member of staff who was actually quite rude. Some food turned up before the drinks and although we were warned about the sporadic delivery of food, my starter and main were delivered together, after one of my fellow diners had received and eaten both of his courses.So not to be overly critical the food was good - the issues were all down to staff shortages I assume.

Never had wagamama before and we traveled from Bristol to spend the day in Southampton, so we decided to go to one and was served by the lovely claudia who was super polite and professional, because it was our first time Claudia gave us the best experience in our first wagamama and the rest of the foh staff was fantastic, thank you very much for the cook book Tom, John and becky

Really nice blonde manager with an accent, I think her name was Nicole, and daisy who served us.Food was delicious and she gave us some extra!The manager heard my friend had a bad throat so she also supplied him with some herbal tea that she said would help - this was such a nice gesture for her to notice and action!Definitely will be coming back to this restaurant because the service was great!

Nothing like the experience I am used to with this chain. They gave us the wrong dishes as the staff were confused about the orders. Quality was poor. They had run out of a side dish order but never told us. This side dish (kimchi) was also present in two main dishes. When I asked them about this they were not forthcoming. When I asked how could you serve a main dish if you were missing a main ingredient they asked if we would like a substitute!!If the kitchen runs out of ingredients then surely you would advice customers that this dish is not available rather than serve something with it missing. This restaurant needs a firm shake up as it has let the brand down. For the money we spent it was a disappointment

Lovely casual dining with fresh food. Only criticism is I ordered the chicken gyoza ramen and received pork ones which were very apple tasting instead. Service was nice and seamless and food was quick to come to the table!

Food was lovely , and staff is so good except A guy on a white T-shirt with glasses and shorts I think he's a manager or area manager , he's really rude and arrogant towards customers and staff too I could see how rude and grumpy he was towards staff as well. As staff is really good who works there except this person in white T-shirt , He needs to be bit kinder towards his staff and customers because Wagamama is losing out on customers. This kind of people should be put on disciplinary notice or be removed ASAP. I won't be coming again up here in Wagamama in Southampton.

Another brilliant experience at Wagamamas..I was catching up with a friend that I hadn't seen in 6 months..Noah was our server he had the patience of a Saint.Everytime he would come over to try and take our order we hadn't even looked at the menu as we were talking to much...He is a credit to Wagamamas he was brilliant you couldn't fault him so excellent customer service...and the food was excellent as well.

Excellent personal service by Toma who helped us chose a meal and adapted it to make lower in carbohydrates as my husband diabetic he added more bean spouts and less noddles . And excellent low carbohydrate tasty meal . Thank you Toma and Wagamama .

Amazing food, lovely atmosphere and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Noah who seated us, Harry who was took our order and made an excellent recommendation on sauces and also the man who checked on our meal and made the kids first Wagamamas experience so memorable! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Southampton. Thank you!
