Been in here many times the staff are brilliant and most of the live music i’ve attended has been phenomenal. The usual bar tender on my visits is Finlay who is outstanding for customer service.

Did not have Food. Walked in to Karaoke on a Thursday. Service and beer was good.
Came in for some drinks & ended up having food and can I just say that it was brilliant! Marnie the chef was a star , Lewis was amazing and helpful, and ruby was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face! Will definitely be back again :) it was a very sunny day so I do feel for them all working in this heat just glad they got air-con :)

Absolutely shocking. Food was a disgrace and waited over an hour and half for it. Ordered a round of drinks through the app waited half hour, went up to ask where our drinks are and the bloke said 'the app doesn't work'. Happily took our money though. No apology whatsoever, no signs to say not to order on the app. 23 quid for 3 small plates and 2 sides, the word small is an understatement. Completely understaffed by 3 or 4 staff memberes. One staff member messing around with his friends in the pub while the football was on while there was people waiting at the bar, tables needed cleaning etc pointless him being there, also told my partner to calm down after complaining in a nice manner. Also a nice bit of mouldy lettuce on the plate but I can't see where to add a picture. It was abysmal at best.

Absolutely terrible experience.Food delayed by 2 hours, employees mucking around with customers, plates very expensive considering how small they are, drinks app wasn't working but no signage and still allowed people to order. Toilets blocked and smell awful.I'd recommend anywhere else, you will probably get a better experience on all accounts.Oh and your employees think it's a social event.Good Luck
