“I tried to order delivery pizza from the app but for some unknown reason the ordering process failed four separate times yet I was still charged four times (over £100) as I'd authorised my bank to make the payments and the process had failed on Pizza Hut's final ordering stage. Obviously I was worried as I had no food and had paid over £100 so I called the store and Neil, the manager at the Waterlooville store in Hants, looked into it and eventually offered to cover the cost of my pizza order if I could drive the short distance to his store. I did so and what a great guy he was. I got my pizza order cooked fresh and bottle of Pepsi Max thrown in all for free! Thankfully, my money was refunded next day as it had only been 'pending'. Thank you for turning a really frustrating experience into a positive Neil. 10/10”
