I tried to order delivery pizza from the app but for some unknown reason the ordering process failed four separate times yet I was still charged four times (over £100) as I'd authorised my bank to make the payments and the process had failed on Pizza Hut's final ordering stage. Absolutely fuming ordered my food online, got a phonecard to say the driver was outside my flats no one there walked all round nobody there. The delivery driver not answered his phone once abd I even texted to tell him directions, rung up the shop to be told they are cancelling my order absolute disgrace avoid
