I enjoyed a Sunday evening 3 course meal. Good quality food, perfect portion sizes with fast and friendly service. I will definitely return.

We have ordered a take away from here several times and it’s been delicious. We decided to eat in for our anniversary. The starters were delicious but the Thai red curry was so hot it was barely edible and my masamam curry was ridiculously hot too. We asked for some coconut milk to add to our meals explaining our food was very hot and were told we don’t have any but you can have milk or water?!? My husband & I were very disappointed. We won’t be returning.

Stylish pan-Asian restaurant with all your authentic favourites and many creative dishes. Something for everyone. Stunning decor and yet a relaxed atmosphere with attentive and knowledgable staff. Excellent food, generous, well presented and efficiently served. Spicy, hot, fresh and tasty. Food was also good value for money, which is a bonus. Looking forward to returning. Service charge was added automatically, but we would have tipped in any case.

Stunning diner, Attentive staff.Food flavours were very good.Piping hot soup!!!Refreshing Ice Tea, and spotlessly clean cutlery and glass. Place was full on a Wednesday which is always a good sign.So impressed by the well-trained, personable young staffs.Clearly a good management.(Offered cutlery to my guest who had weakness on one side. They were 2 steps ahead of their customers).Well done, Dim'TChengParking: Just so convenient. Easy for the less able. Cushions for the back was offered.

I originally came to the area to have a Mexican and then seen this place was in the same retail park and ended up eating here instead , just want to say fantastic food , reasonable price , the lady that served me was fantastic, very attentive, I would suggest anyone who hasn’t eaten here to do so , highly recommend

One of the best Asian food experiences about. And easily the best dim sum I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced for the quality.

We had a take away, first the duck for £15 was tiny, the sauce pot was virtually empty, no cucumber. Next the crispy chilly beef was a tiny portion and soggy, sweet and sour chicken was tasteless. Never again.

Dim sum lovely - had a couple of prawn versions, though extremely hot so let them cool down a bit - staff should warn customers. Tom yum soups very disappointing- we had the salmon one and the prawn one. In both cases the salmon and prawn had not be seared, seasoned nor marinated, so they were just plonked in the soup plain boiled, very bland. The soup base was OK but definitely not an authentic Thai taste. Massive dining hall we were the only ones in there on a weekend.

Way too much salt in the chow mien. It was completely inedible and was thrown away (Deliveroo order). Missing items from the order. Overpriced for what it is.

I went to Dim T with my mum and I can say that I was blown away with how delicious the food was and the inclusive atmosphere and service. Food got to us quickly, was hot, and service was with a smile. The restaurant is gorgeously decorated. We had the five spice squid and pork buns - the squid was so soft and tender, the crunchy batter was delicious and was perfect with the tasty sweet Chili dip. Good portion too. The pork buns were delicious, great texture and perfect amount of sweetness. For mains I had chicken katsu curry and my mum had the chicken pad Thai. The pad Thai was delicious and authentic! The Katsu curry was nice, chicken was made well, but I liked the pad Thai better. It had more flavour and oomph. Still nice though. The best part of the meal was the ginger and caramel sponge pudding. Seriously one of the best desserts I have ever had. It was rich, moist and caramel heaven. The ginger was just the right amount. I was going to share one dessert with my mum but after we both tried a bite of the pudding, we both thought it best I order my own! The ice cream was also great quality along side the sponge. With the amazing lunch time menu deal, we’ll be hurrying back for sure! Thanks Dim T for a lovely lunch and the nice waiting staff.

Nice atmosphere, staff attentive . food is pricey and a bit over cooked. Didn’t get fortune cookies with bill and were asked to hurry up as were closing at 9.40

Amazing! Our favourite place to eat out. Great food and brilliant vegetarian options. Staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend. Free parking. Great for kids with colouring pens and paper.

The food was great and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. The reason for the missing starr is because in a ~15 minute meal I was asked 3 times if the food was ok or if I needed something. I understand being asked once but 3 times was just too much and I can say I will likely not return (also because I am not in the area).

6 weeks ago we gave this restaurant a 5+star rating. It was the best food we'd had in a Southampton restaurant. Fast forward to Father's Day and we could barely stand the hideous dishes put in front of us. We asked the waiter if the chef had changed but she was new so had no idea. The bad: The tempura prawns were poorly battered overcooked lumps of something, definitely not tempura. The noodle dish was tasteless and lacked ingredients, the rice dish was okay but lacked ingredients and had to be seasoned, the crispy beef was a lump of gooey mess on a plate and definitely not the superb crispy beef we'd been introduced to previously. The Spring Rolls were undercooked doughy chews with a hint of veg inside and a revolting dipping sauce that probably should've been cooked and none of us could stand. DimT have you actually tasted that sauce? The good: 2 of the 3 dim sum dishes were tasty. But you can't really mess up a steamed dim sum then. The staff are always great! If you going to pay higher than normal prices in a restaurant, then the food has to be good. Would we go back to DimT? Not in a hurry and if we did, we'd refuse any dish that comes out inedible again. This is necessary to teach the cooks (can't call them chefs in this instance), what is acceptable and what isn't. We may go back because we know DimT has a formidable award winning chef hidden in the cupboard somewhere and we'd really like to taste their food again. One last chance one day, maybe.Parking: Free parking for 4hrs
