Good gluten free menu options, but pizza wasn't cooked properly so was sent back to be cooked again.Not 5 star service as were not offered free drinks for the fact we had to both eat our mains at different times.This was a final meal before my friend went back to New Zealand, real shame.

Went over lunch. Efficient, friendly service and reasonably priced, good food. Can't complain :)Dietary restrictions: My wife is particularly fussy at the moment: vegetarian, gluten intolerant and breast feeding our milk allergy affected baby so avoiding dairy as well. Didn't struggle to find a couple of options so no problems!Kid-friendliness: Brought 2 babies with us and they provided high chairs and kids menus etc. No issues at all

Service was OK from the waitress herself but we preordained meals for a big team lunch and several were missing. Some of the food had to be sent back because the salmon was rock hard. The fettuccine tastes like someone just mixed a tin of chopped tomatoes with pasta. Honestly just awful tbh. Wasn't even that busy so there was no excuse. Really poor quality.

Had early evening meal last night in Whitley.Best customer service ever had in Frankie and Bennys. Can't remember name of female server but was on table 14. She was friendly, polite and attentive. She should be commended.

We visited here specially for their lunchtime deal which is valid up to 5pm. It is really good value for what you get. We had 2 courses which were really tasty and flavourful that cost £12.90. For starters, we had the potato skins which were served with a pot of sour cream which were good and the garlic pizza bread with mozzarella which was really good! The dough was really soft and fluffy. It also had plenty of garlic and mozzarella on top which made for a really delicious starter! I highly recommend that! We then ordered our pizzas for our main. The pepperoni pizza was really moist and had lots of pepperoni. Again, the dough was soft, light, and airy with lots of flavour! The portion sizes are very good, I definitely left full. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The serving team were also friendly and pleasant. I would definitely return again. Tasty food with good portions at good prices!

We went here yesterday 22/10/23 for an 18th birthday party, unfortunately the food was not great my chicken was tough and like rubber and the totally forgot my wife’s meal and the extra onion rings , by the time she got her meal we had finished also as it was booked we should have received a free milkshake drink for the birthday girl never happened
Had lunch here recently, fantastic food and service. Booked a table in advance and were seated in a nice booth. As we walked past staff they said hello which was a nice touch. We all ordered different food, and it all came together, piping hot, fresh and very tasty, everything ordered was spot on even all the changes / additions were correct. Can’t not fault the restaurant, staff or the service. Absolutely on it. Thank you. Loads of free parking right outside (well 4 hours free) easy access for people with mobility issues, and toilets inside. Overall, personally I think there is a good selection of food, my only observation is the cost of the deserts, which put us off…. I didn’t see any, so not sure what you get for your money to be fair.

My daughter and I visited the restaurant tonight, hoping for a pleasant meal. The restaurant's ambiance was decent, but unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was inedible, and the chips served with both our meals were stone cold. Had I read reviews beforehand, I would have chosen a different place. Regrettably, I won't be returning.

Service was friendly but food took a long time to come out. From where I was sat I could see it sat on the side and other plates were also waiting. Even the pizza chef was getting annoyed. It seemed as if no one wanted to serve. It eventually appeared that the manager was trying to match the plates with orders as no one really knew what was going on. When our food did arrive we were told to be careful of the plates as they were hot, straight out of the oven. It was a blatant lie given they were only warm and I had been watching food just sit there. The food was only just warm enough and for what it cost it wasn't great really. We paid our bill and left to go to Tesco to buy dessert s none of is wished to stay there any longer and wait forever for any more orders. Very disappointed in what we were hoping would be a nice meal out.
