We went here for lunch with our granddaughter who has a severe peanut allergy. What a refreshing experience to be able to enjoy a meal out with her and relax in the knowledge that this food establishment takes food allergies seriously. We were greeted by the manager who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He looked after us the entire meal. This was my first experience at Prezzo and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was too, which isn’t always the case in big chain restaurants. This will definitely be on our list of safe go-to places to eat from now on.

Was a lovely meal however food came out within 5 minutes of ordering which I question was frozen or pre cooked and quickly heated up as we had to wait for our garlic bread to cook.which I feel prices £15 average for a meal is quite steep for frozen food

Prezzo was my favourite chain restaurant but our most recent visit was disappointing. All the portions have shrunk! Lasagne still comes in the original dish, except it’s now filled to half the size. The chips used to be crammed in the little bucket, they now barely fill it.Very glad I just paid with gift vouchers as it definitely wasn’t worth the money this time.Wondering if it’s an instruction from above to decrease portion sizes and thus every branch will be the same now. If that’s the case I won’t be frequenting a Prezzo any more.

Lovely meal and the waitress and manager were great. I think the drinks, only soft ones, were a bit overpriced. But would visit

The staff are very helpful. As someone with coeliac disease, I've eaten here a few times in the past year with no issues. It's really great to go somewhere with so many gluten free options carefully prepared!Dietary restrictions: Prezzo currently has Coeliac UK accreditation, and a large amount of the menu can be prepared gluten free.

Prezzo is great for a nice meal when I’m out with friends, the staff are polite and helpful.Kid-friendliness: The waiters are very patient and help groups of kids to split the bill.

Came here twice last month, firstly with a party of 6 and the waitress Megan went above and beyond she was amazing. The second time was two of us and the food was just as gorgeous but service was slightly slow when waiting to pay over all amazing restaurant though!

All was good except one let downA young lady who was a server.Let things down due that she didn't find a smile on her face.It felt quite off putting. She let the team down.

Excellent lunch. Food was great and the service from Josh couldn’t have been better. They were unfortunately out of the risotto, so we swapped to veg pizza, a huge calzone and the sea bass, all of which were excellent. Josh was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us with all our allergy questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him which we really appreciated. We will definitely be coming back.

Used Tesco vouchers for a meal out. Pretty faultless to be honest. A but pricey if not using vouchers but good sized portions.Vegetarian options: Plenty.Parking: Plenty of parking in Whiteley shopping. Think it's up to 4 hours free.

Family of 4, we stopped for dinner on our way home from a day out. Prompt service, great menu, good quality food. As it was a Sunday we were able to use our tastecard on the adult meals making it excellent value, will definitely return. Only improvements would be to bring back the tomato based prawn starter and a little quicker to bring the bill when finished.
