the service from the whiteley parkway branch has been beyond appalling. We ordered through Deliveroo, waiting for 40 minutes (which was fine) but only for the sandwich to be totally wrong when it did arrive. Missing the extra meat, wrong salad, no cheese and the wrong sauce.I tried to phone the branch but the number on their website and Deliveroo didn’t work. So I had to get up and go to the branch, something I didn’t want to have to do as I wanted to watch the F1 with my lunch, I had to miss half of it in order to drive up the branch, when I walked in and asked if a manager was about. The employee (short, long hair, beard, beard mask) replied “no, why?” Which I think is totally inappropriate, I showed him the sandwiches and didn’t even receive as much as a sorry for the mix up, he just went “do you want them made again..?” .. why would I come all the way to the branch if I didn’t?The employee then made both the sandwiches and threw them down on the side without as much as a sorry or a thank you, his customer service is embarrassingly bad, specially as this is the 2nd time this month that this site has messed up an order and I’ve had to have something returned.That fact that I had to pay for delivery, only for it to be wrong and having to come back down myself is embarrassing, I also have to ask why there is no manager on site..?The franchisee promised me a refund through Deliveroo, been months now and nothing.Useless inept liars

Totally shocking Subway I'm afraid. Your colleague refused to allow me to add any salad, or dressing to my sandwich today, explaining that 'not changes were allowed' (??) - Pretty sure thats your whole advertising campaign? I've had a subway before and the attraction was being able to choose the various salad fillings - really poor show. To make matters even worse, the 'meatballs' were practically rock solid (and inedible), the bread really unpleasant and the 2 shards of pepper were totally flavourless. Seriously AVOID like the plague - especially when there are other much nicer chains closer by. Bad bad bad.

I’m training on site and fancied a tuna footling. When I arrived there was one person serving (midday).They were not very helpful orPolite to the customers.When I eventually made it to the Counter I ordered my bread etc and was ignored until another staff member joined the original staff member behind the till asked what salad I would like. The tuna was thinly applied and I ran out of time in my lunch. Disgusted with the lack of staff and lack of consideration over the busiest period with lots of workers having to go without food.I will not be going there again.

Doesn't look great with the tables that are taped off and some of the filling fell out of my sandwich when I was eating it, but staff polite and friendly, and great location ?

Usually happy with subs from this branch. Today the sub was very poorly assembled and basically fallen apart after a 5 min walk. Also I have ordered a multiseed bread... didn't notice until I took the first bite that it's not multiseed

The subs were excellent as usual but the service diabolical. They take telephone orders and the two guys worked on these while they served us. He asked me four times what I wanted in between making the phone order, total lack of customer focus. Took an age to get four subs sorted out, lucky I really wanted one otherwise would have walked out.
