Food is always excellent, staff can be a little brusk but it’s the nature of the place, never saw the same server twice! This venue is quite open plan and loud. Very busy for a Tuesday night.

First time staying local to here. Solo business traveller. Went to Whitley for food. Love a wagas anyway….so ordered takeaway. Grace looked after me. And she was just lovely. Food was fit…two sides and an udon. Buzzing.

Just another chain of Wagamama. Food is tasty, service is good and atmosphere is fine. Tables and seats could be cleaner for the diners.Parking: Free parking lot. Was quite full when I visited. But there were still available spaces as it is a big parking lot.

We had lunch today at whiteley Wagamama, as they are very helpful in accommodating food intolerances.I had chicken pad thai with onion and garlic and leeks replaced with mushrooms and it was Gluten Free.How lovely to go out to eat, and to have a choice of a variety of meals. The food was very tasty and delivered promptly with a good deal of attention from the lovely staff.Couldnt fault any of it and especially impressed with the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was made to feel safe with my food intolerances being catered for and nothing was too much trouble. So refreshing to feel like i mattered.Will definitely be going again. Well done to manager, cooks and waiting staff.!!!

Ok, Without question, Wagamama's food quality is great! The service is quick and cheerful.My issue on my last visit was with the hygiene. On two occasions we saw our waiter sweep the floor and pick up things from the floor to then handle our cutlery and food without washing his hands.Call me fussy.

So impressed with the staff at Wagamama’s tonight, they went out their way despite being super busy to accommodate a family with a few additional needs. They relocated us numerous times to enable my youngest with sensory issues to find a quieter space and totally looked after my oldest and his sesame allergy. Outstanding service throughout with very tasty food- everyone was happy. Big thank you to Phoebe, Paddy and Ryan who did a great job of looking after us.

Great food as usual. Really efficient service. Big shout out to Max who was our server; funny chap, very charismatic who clearly enjoys interacting with customers. Seeing him talk to other tables (not just us) he remembered bits about their day and was making jokes that got people laughing. An asset to the team in my opinion.

Great food, great place, really good staff. You can't go wrong with Wagamama. I used them all over the UK and this is one of the better ones even has Asahi on Tap.

Good food—what's not to like?! We've been loyal customers for years and always enjoying our meals. However, service and cleanliness of the restaurant has slightly declined in the past 6 months. We find ourselves leaning towards Pho or Sakura in Portsmouth lately, despite the distance also because the prices are compatible (if not slightly cheaper) and the portions/ quality are a little better. With the rise of Oriental cuisine options locally, we will still dine at Wagamama, but could step up its game moving forward to compete a little more ?Dietary restrictions: The dietary options for people with allergies and intolerances is impeccable. I don't think you will find a restaurant locally that has the attention to allergens as they do.
