Great service and indoor cafe. Downsides are all the outdoor area is for smokers and it's too small an area to escape the smoke, and the public WiFi doesn't work in a low signal area.

Normally I am very happy with the service here but today was different, I was the only person in the queue, there were 4 members of staff and I was ignored for 5 minutes, when I did get my order, neither drink was particularly hot,,, come on Costa you can do better

Very slow service , only one server behind the counter, hot chocolate was luke warm and flavourless. The worst hot chocolate ive ever had , normally i love the costa hot chocolate so i was very disapointed.

Same as any other Costa but dose seem to take a long time to get served here and could do with a bit of a clean!
Toastie only toasted on one side, toilets dirty with no paper or soap. Coffee ok
New layout after refurb, coffee stays the same!
Fairly typical Costa set up - great opening times and local to me. Staff are always lovely and the place is usually spotless.
Very nice place in a nice location, but a little on the small side, unfortunately.
