Needs must as a coffee shop in a hospital. Extremely busy and it suffers as a result. Dirty tables, stressed staff and sub standard coffee being served. Cake was very nice though.

Very expensive and very slow they take forever to provide you the goods. Drinks take forever as they are more busy with other things you waste more time to wait than in any other Costa that I ever visited.

A nice little costa coffee- a bit on the slow side especially as they only have 1 oven to warm food. After a couple of orders the food backs up causing a bit of a traffic jam at the drinks counter while the food is que'd.

Very expensive and limited stock of gluten free foods. Tasty though.Service wad pleasant but very slow.A bit dated cramped... due to staff ' fencing off' an area with chairs. This caused crowding in the restaurant. Very poor and lazy when covid is still predominant, this is still worse as this restaurant is part of a hospital complexDietary restrictions: Very limited and very expensive range of gluten free foods.

I'd like to comment on the disgusting service I received from the two girls working the Sunday. I ordered a berry tea and they had the gall to say in my ear shot they thought that drink was the biggest waste of money. I have had nothing but polite and friendly custom at this Costa but honestly now I don't want to waste my money. I hope management see this.

On the Winchester Hospital site - EXCELLENT!! It's best to walk round the outside to get there. Good coffee and pastrys
