I ordered KFC off of just eat, obviously not KFCs fault that my driver sat outside in his car for 5 minutes then drove off without even getting out of the car to deliver my food, I try ringing kfc to see if there is anything they can do as just eat won’t give me a refund, and I have rang 11 times and no answer.

So, so, so slow. At least five members of staff working and for almost five minutes I was the only order on the board. No one was moving, just chatting - but also no one spoke to me to explain - I'd have understood if there had been something being cooked. Then five orders stacked up and the staff began to move so slowly. Very frustrating. We then got our food and it was terrible - over cooked chicken and the worst KFC chips I've had. I asked for 7up and ended up with horrible water or end of barrel rubbish. Very poor experience all round.

Not having a bathroom is unacceptable when there is the option of dining in but they didn't even know where the nearest bathroom was then they told us to go and use McDonald's.

Went for dinner and bought £10.99 worth of food with chicken and fries . Served me kind soggy chicken and asked till to change the food. They denied to exchange the food. It is totally disgusting and disappointing.

Food is as expected, nothing exceptional in terms of KFC. Staff we're friendly enough. I didn't notice until after ordering but their uniform was filthy. This translated into all other aspects. The floors, given this was 2pm on a Friday, were filthy. I'm assuming they were swept and mopped last week?The kitchen was a state, grim and food plagued every element, with parts of receipts scattered on the floor. Some of the lights didn't work, re-enforcing the obvious. The store needs real work and investment.

Went to the kfc branch to ask for the missing items was met by ‘the manager’ short blonde girl refused to give me her name was by far the rudest person I have ever met. The other young staff members looked too scared to say her name. Vile horrible person who should not be dealing with customers. I advised her I couldn’t get hold of uber eats and I didn’t have enough money on me to re order the food!! Absolutely no compassion

Discussing. Cold food, waited over 20 minutes for 5 items, food on floor, staff don’t know what they are doing, ordered 3 chicken fillets but had 1 hot wing in it, popcorn chicken missing. Really disappointed i’m surprised they even have 3 stars.
