The food is always hot and fresh, it doesn't take long to wait. The staff are friendly, but the cleanliness and smell is off putting. The tables are clean, but they haven't been disinfected properly, so they smell like urine. There is a smell of dirt in the air and that is off-putting.

It was a very average mcdonald's experince. Service was fast but the food was not up to standards. The chips had not been properly cook and looked very pale. They also were not warm in the slightest. The chicken i was given in my wrap tasted extremely plain and was also cold. In addition to this, my milkshake was significantly more empty than usual. It also was not mixed at all. Overall if you would like an under average mcdonald's experiance i recommend you come to Winchester.

It's McDonalds.I've been in cleaner and nicer McDonalds, but it does a job.Everything was as expected regarding food, a cheeseburger that was a mess, fries that were...well, fries, a chicken wrap.of some variety, a toffee latte and a bottle of water.

As someone who has experience at McDonald’s the fries were obviously undercooked. We ordered on the McDonald’s app where we only ordered 5 things and didn’t receive a big tasty and drinks were the wrong flavour of milk shakes, normally I’d let that pass however the person I was with is allergic to strawberries and strawberry flavouring and so couldn’t drink it as they ordered chocolate. I completely understand it can be difficult especially in rush hour but at least pick up the phone and give them decent respect when finally getting through, they blamed uber and it definitely was McDonald’s fault in this case. You would at least expect some sort of outcome in this situation but there was not, definitely wouldn’t order again from this McDonald’s.
I don't like McDonald's except spicy chicken burger.

Good for a McDonalds in the city center. Visiting from out of town and wanted to try regional specialties. Garlic cheese curds were good but not very garlicky. Enjoyed the cream and chives sauce. The chicken fajita wrap was a bit of a let down. Bathrooms were at least clean and ample places to sit.
